I had a great experience at this restaurant. Amy the general manager was awesome and very accommodating. I recommend coming to this location!

My experience at this restaurant was incredibly negative. The staff refused to take accountability for their mistakes, even when provided with proof. They proceeded to gossip about me to the delivery driver, who recorded it and sent it to me, leading me to consider legal action. Furthermore, they couldn't even get the pizza order correct, failing to add the correct toppings. The staff was disrespectful and made me wait over two hours to feed my children. They then lied, claiming DoorDash couldn't deliver and that they were instructed not to remake the order. DoorDash confirmed the store was refusing to make the order and promised a refund the next day. This was absolutely the worst service. I am reporting this to corporate and the BBB, including video evidence of the incompetent staff who engage in customer gossip.

If you're the type of person who likes to see the people making your food, this place is definitely not for you. There is no window access at all to see what is going on in the back. The food tasted fine, but if you order a large Cheese Pizza, you only get half a Cheese Pizza. By that, I mean, they scatter what should be half of the amount of cheese onto the whole pizza, and then that's all you get. There are places 4 and 5 inches large that have no cheese on them whatsoever. It tastes fine, but if you want cheese on your Cheese Pizza, don't come here.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! Jay was incredibly kind, helpful, and a very nice guy. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was also top-notch. I highly recommend this place!

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The pizza was terrible, and the service was bad. They didn't even put the correct toppings that I ordered, instead, they put random items on top. Additionally, they burn their new Flatzz pizzas. I would avoid this place at all costs.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and wings. The pizza was terrible, described as old and tasteless. The wings were fair, but lacked crispness. I question how a restaurant can purposely send out pizza in such a state.

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered a pizza with sausage and bell peppers, but it arrived with sausage and jalapeños. Additionally, the second pizza and the first one were not cut. The Cinnabon were hard with icing on only half of them. I had to go to the location because they would not answer the phone. When I showed the staff our pizza, they asked what was wrong, and I was very upset. I asked for our money back, but they said it was not possible. Instead, we received a $60 credit. I am unsure if I will order again.

My experience was disappointing. I ordered pizza from this location, which is the one my app automatically selects for delivery. Unfortunately, the last two times I ordered, the pizza was overcooked to the point where a pizza cutter wouldn't cut it, and I had to use a knife. I've ordered from other locations with Uber, and it wasn't like this. It was pretty disappointing, especially when I ordered 4 large stuffed crust pizzas the last two times, and they were almost not edible.

My recent experience was terrible. I ordered a pizza through the app, but it glitched and mistakenly placed the order for carryout instead of delivery. I immediately called the store to cancel, but was hung up on repeatedly for 30 minutes. After work, I went to pick up the order, only to be presented with a pizza that had been sitting there for FIVE HOURS. When I asked if they could remake it, the staff member flat-out refused and offered a refund instead. This was absolutely unacceptable service from start to finish. I urge them to do better.
