My experience at this PH was excellent. It's the best one I go to because they are fast, delivering orders in 15 minutes or less, no matter what you order. The food is consistently correct and fresh, and as good as pizza chain pizza can get. The service was also top-notch, earning a perfect score.

My experience at the restaurant was quite negative. I arrived about 8 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time, only to find that one of my pizzas wasn't ready. After waiting an additional 17 minutes, it was finally ready, but my ice cream had been melting in the car the entire time. To make matters worse, I discovered that a worker had given away my pizza. This was particularly upsetting because I had already pre-tipped. Due to this experience, I will not be tipping anymore.

My experience at the restaurant was pretty good, even though they were out of tomatoes. I tried the new flatzz pizza. I thought it would be bigger, but it was only good enough for one person; essentially, it's a personal pizza spread out. I'm deducting a star because they put the side dips in the box with the pizza. I guess they did it to save time since it was a pickup order, but it made the dips warm, and I don't like warm ranch or other dips, besides marinara.

Every time I order from this location, it’s a problem. The last time I ordered from here, the guy put my food outside on the ground and didn’t even call my phone. Now I ordered from the same location and it’s taking forever for someone to answer. I ordered my food around 5 PM and it’s currently 6: 38 PM, and I have yet to receive my food. I will definitely never order from this location.

My experience at the restaurant was marked by great food, but the overall cost was a significant drawback. The dinner box, after taxes and tip, came out to over $60, which felt quite expensive.

My experience was fantastic, largely thanks to the DoorDash and GrubHub driver, Thomas. It's always appreciated when people are nice. Thomas ensured the store was clean and the place looked nice. Everyone seemed happy. He treated all the customers I saw with love and respect. I highly recommend making Thomas the owner of the store if he isn’t already the manager.

My experience with this restaurant has been a mixed bag, primarily due to issues with their online ordering and delivery. Every time we order online for delivery, there’s always an issue, or they cancel the order. Even when using DoorDash, they still seem to have a hard time. While the people are great, I'm unsure if it's a system or app mess-up they can't fix, or if it's simply the excessive delivery time. We've experienced waits of over an hour, despite living only 1. 3 miles away from the store. On the positive side, the food tends to be great most times, and if it's not, they make up for it. I would suggest pick up more than anything with this store.

My experience with Pizza Hut delivery was extremely negative. The DoorDash driver never picked up the order, or if they did, the pizza arrived ice cold. Attempting to resolve this was impossible, as I couldn't get a hold of any customer service or the store.

I always order takeout from here. The first time I ordered delivery, I was supposed to receive my order at 4: 06 PM but didn't receive it until 5: 06 PM. I called the manager to ask where my order was, and he said it was picked up by DoorDash at 4: 30 PM. I received the pizza cold, and I am not happy about this at all. If you can, pick up your pizza instead and use that option. I recommend to never use the delivery option. Apparently, they have no drivers and use DoorDash to deliver the food.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. The location was trash, and the staff were equally terrible. I was charged for food that never arrived, and when I tried to file a dispute, they still refused to return my money. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this location.
