Rude staff, unclear policy, no explanation
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the rude personnel and unclear policy. I arrived at 3: 30 PM on a Saturday, and the signs outside clearly indicated they were open, as did Google Maps, which stated they were open until 8 PM that day. Despite this, the cashier aggressively waved me away, saying “not open go home.
” There were still three or four tables occupied by patrons, so I attempted to ask what was happening. However, the staff only continued to wave their hands at me, which was very strange. I left without receiving any explanation for why I was turned away when the establishment appeared to be open.

Unwelcoming Service, No Food Available
My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. Upon entering, the staff member did not greet me and seemed preoccupied. When I attempted to order, I was abruptly told (yelled at) to sit down, and informed that everything was unavailable.
This made for a very unwelcoming and frustrating visit.

Bizarre Service Experience
I had a very bizarre experience at this restaurant. On a Saturday at 12: 30 PM, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only two other diners and a child doing homework. When I asked where to sit, a man began gesticulating wildly between tables, the counter, and his head.
I tried to clarify if I could sit anywhere, but he became more agitated and pointed outside. After some time, I interpreted this as him wanting me to leave. I never got to try any of the food and left extremely confused.

Great Pho and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was very positive. I enjoyed the pho, which was delicious, and the service was excellent. I was initially concerned by some negative reviews I had seen, but they did not seem to be true based on my visit.
I would definitely return.

Racist Service and Unacceptable Behavior
My experience at this restaurant was deeply disturbing. The service was racist. The owner kicked out a man simply for asking for an extra lime.
Later, he refused service to a black family, claiming the store was closed, only to then allow a group of white women in afterward. While the food was rated a 4, the service and atmosphere received a 1, indicating a severely negative experience in these areas.

Disappointing Pho Experience
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. While the one man working the store by himself was friendly, the pho itself was one of the worst I've had. The broth and noodles were not good, and the meat, despite a decent amount, was of lower quality.
To make matters worse, no bean sprouts were provided. The complimentary cream puffs served as dessert tasted stale. Additionally, the price was not accurately reflected on the menu; the medium size was $16, which was several dollars more than what was written.
The staff member was also watching the screen while I paid to see if I tipped, which felt intrusive.

Disappointing Pho Experience
My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately not pleasant. Upon entering, the restaurant was empty, which was the first indication of potential issues. We waited without anyone taking our order, eventually having to go to the counter ourselves.
When the food arrived, the brisket was almost raw despite requesting it to be fully cooked. The broth was not hot and did not taste like beef. I suggest considering another restaurant, as this is not the Pho Than Brothers it used to be.

Efficient and Delicious Pho Experience
My dining experience was the most efficient I've ever had. The pho was pretty delicious, and while nothing was fancy, the portions were big and the service was good. The staff member didn't speak English, but he certainly knew how to serve us well.

Disappointing Takeout Experience
I ordered takeout and didn't check my order until I got home. Unfortunately, the broth was so dark and tasted off. The ingredients did not seem fresh.

Best Pho in Seattle!
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. While it's a bit of a hole in the wall, it serves the best pho I've had in Seattle, no contest. The food quality was outstanding, earning a perfect score.
