Authentic Pho with Tender Filet Mignon
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I highly recommend getting the filet mignon pho. It was so yummy and tender; I barely had to chew the meat!
Haha. I also loved the flavor of the broth and the fresh sprouts and basil. It tasted very authentic, and the portion size was great!
The service, atmosphere, and food all received a 5-star rating.

Consistently Amazing Rib Eye Rice Plate
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently amazing. I always get the egg rolls and the rib eye rice plate, and they never disappoint. The food quality is outstanding, and I've had a great experience with both the service and the atmosphere, both scoring a perfect 5.
The noise level is quiet, making it easy to talk.

Bone Marrow Soup is a Must-Try!
My experience at this restaurant was primarily defined by their incredible bone marrow soup, which I absolutely love! While the beef stew was just okay, I found it to be more watery than a traditional stew, and I questioned if it was prepared correctly. The beef tongue skewer also wasn't quite what I expected as a skewer, though the taste was decent.
Despite trying different dishes on each visit, I always find myself returning to the bone marrow soup.

Pho Mignon + Seafood: Delicious Pho & Steak!
My experience at Pho Mignon + Seafood was absolutely wonderful! I love, love this place. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are always friendly.
I highly recommend their Grilled Ribeye Pho and Grilled Ribeye Steak Vermicelli Noodle Salad – both dishes are amazing! The broth in the Pho is truly the best I have ever had.

Hidden Gem: Amazing All You Can Eat BBQ!
My experience at this restaurant was a delightful surprise! We decided to try it because the restaurants around us had long lines, and I'm so glad we did. Our waiter, Mark, was incredibly attentive and professional.
The food was fresh and tasted amazing. While it's not marinated like traditional Korean BBQ, which is just a difference and not a negative, the flavors of the different meats and seafood really came through. I also loved the option to make them into spring rolls!
It was a refreshing change to try something different. The meal even included a drink and a delicious ice cream dessert.

Billing Nightmare at Mignon Pho + Grill
I visited Mignon Pho + Grill a couple of weeks ago for lunch. When it was time to pay, we requested separate checks. Unfortunately, their payment system went down, but not before attempting to charge my card twice.
Upon checking my bank account, I saw two pending transactions. The staff assured me the charges wouldn't go through due to the system issue. Since none of us had cash, and they wouldn't allow us to leave without payment, a member of my party provided their card information for a later charge.
I sent my share of the bill to that person. The following week, I discovered both original charges had indeed gone through, meaning I had paid three times: twice on my card and once via Zelle. I called the restaurant, and the server who answered remembered the situation but seemed to doubt my account, possibly due to confusion with another party's payment.
I explained thoroughly, and he said he would leave my information for the manager, who works evenings. He was vague about when I might be contacted. After no contact by the end of the week, I visited in person.
While one employee was helpful, the same server intervened, stating the manager advised disputing the charges with my bank. When I questioned why I wasn't called, he claimed he 'passed along the message. ' Consequently, I am sharing this review to warn others about their careless customer service and unprofessional handling of the situation.
Despite genuinely enjoying the food previously, I won't be returning. It was a disappointing experience, and I urge everyone to check their credit card statements after dining here.

Flavorful Bún Bò Huế & Refreshing Ceviche
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I tried the bún bò huế, which was incredibly flavorful with a deep, savory broth that had just the right amount of heat. It was generously loaded with tender beef slices, pork, and a prominent lemongrass flavor, making each spoonful deeply satisfying.
I'd say it's one of the best versions I've had in the area. The shrimp ceviche was a delightful surprise and became my favorite dish. It was bright, tangy, and packed with fresh herbs, sesame seeds, and crunchy cucumber.
The accompanying prawn crackers were crisp and perfect for scooping. It felt refreshing and fun to eat. To balance everything out, the green papaya salad was a great choice.
It was light, crisp, and zesty without being overwhelming, providing a nice contrast to the rich broth and punchy ceviche. If you're in Convoy looking for comforting food with bold flavors, I absolutely recommend this spot. I'm already planning my return for a second round.

Great Restaurant Experience in San Diego!
I have to admit this is a great restaurant! This is my last day in San Diego, and I searched for this place on the map. Their soup base is really good 👏!!!I didn't add chili sauce or hoisin sauce.
There's music and a bar. They even have a Claw Machine!!It's great for couples dating and family dinner.

Mixed Experience with Food and Decor
My first time here was a mixed bag. The food was generally good, though the salmon was overcooked. The tapioca dumplings had a wrapper that was too large for the filling, overpowering the taste.
I also found the crab noodle in tomato soup tasty, but was surprised to receive half a snow crab with the shell on, which wasn't indicated on the menu or in the pictures. The interior design felt a bit disjointed, with a mix of fast-food, bar, and pho shop vibes. Adding to the oddity, there were claw machines in the corner, giving an arcade feel.
On the positive side, the servers were very good looking and friendly. The price point was fair, but parking was tight due to a nearby market.
