Terrible Service, Ignored at Table
My experience at this restaurant was marked by zero service. After being seated, we waited a considerable amount of time before a waiter appeared. We ended up ordering via QR code. When our order arrived, the waitress couldn't open the prosecco and simply left it, forcing us to go to the bar to have the bartender open it. Following this, there were zero check-ins; we received no napkins, no water, and nothing. It was particularly frustrating as we observed all the tables around us receiving attentive service. The waitress only reappeared when she noticed us paying our bill via the QR code, clearly angling for a tip.

Decent Airport Spot, Service Lacking
My experience at this restaurant was primarily as a place to kill some time before a flight. The food wasn’t anything amazing, but both the dry rub chicken wings and the chicken sandwich my wife had were satisfactory. Together with two sodas, the bill came to $60. Unfortunately, the server forgot our drinks, and we had to ask multiple times, by which point we had nearly finished our food. The atmosphere and bar seating were very good, making it a nice sports bar. Overall, it’s not bad for an airport, but don’t expect a hole in one! ⛳️

A Masterpiece of Mediocrity
My experience at this restaurant was a testament to how poorly breakfast can be prepared. It felt as though they deliberately tried to make the food bad, perhaps by hiring food scientists to remove any inherent deliciousness from the ingredients. It was a true master feat of mediocrity.

Truly Awful Airport Burger Experience
My experience at this restaurant was truly awful. The burgers, which are often overpriced at airports, were exceptionally bad. I felt compelled to write this review because the food was so horrible that I would have preferred to eat at McDonald's. The food quality was extremely poor, making the overall dining experience very negative.

Consistently Terrible Service
I’ve had repeated bad experiences here. The staff is always rude, never smiles, and makes you feel unwelcome. I use Priority Pass, but I’m not sure if that’s why they treat me poorly or if that’s just how they are. On my last visit, I ordered a sandwich to go and the waitress literally threw the bag into my hands. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Welcome or thank you doesn’t exist on their vocabulary. This is always my last resort when I’m at SAN because the service is consistently terrible. Really disappointing.
