My experience at this restaurant was very positive. The atmosphere was clean and enjoyable, perfect for people working on their computers and having snacks. The service was excellent, and the food was good.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. While the frappe was okay, the atmosphere and the employees were incredibly rude. I needed to use the restroom due to a female emergency and intended to order a chocolate and caramel frappe afterward. However, I felt looked down upon when I asked to use the facilities, even after explaining my situation. The employee's lack of concern was evident, and it made me decide not to return to this place.

What's the point of having a coffee workspace with no restroom for guests? Coffee is a natural diuretic, so this is pure silliness. I used to frequent this place to work, but upon returning after some time, I noticed it has gone downhill. They no longer have a bathroom, meaning if nature calls while you're here to work, you're out of luck. I wish they had advertised this lack of a restroom on the door. My time and money were wasted.

In my opinion, this is the most beautiful Peet's in SF. The team were so nice and made the adjustments to my cappuccino exactly how I wanted. The only problem is they should have security considering the area. But as far as the team and coffee, I highly recommend it.

I had to work on a presentation for school and was able to enjoy my coffee with pleasant surroundings and wifi.

My experience was great! I ordered a caramel Frappuccino, a hot chocolate, and an oat frappuccino with no coffee. The service was incredibly quick with hardly any queue. The drinks tasted fantastic and were ice cold, which was perfect given the warm weather. There was plenty of available seating inside, and the location is central.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The convenient corner location with doors on both Mission and 10th is a definite plus. The space itself is pleasant, featuring a large wood table and counters on either side, including window seating. The baristas were friendly and seemed knowledgeable about their craft. However, the Peet's coffee itself tasted very mid, which the reviewer attributes to corporate changes and a focus on dark roasts. On a positive note, the Peet's app is good and frequently offers deals and a rewards program.

My experience on a Friday morning shift was quite disappointing. The staff seemed completely disorganized, leading to extra slow service. To make matters worse, the pastry tasted old, and the barista clearly lacked knowledge, not knowing the difference between wet and dry foam.

My experience was marked by super slow service. This was primarily due to the person making the drinks being more focused on chatting with a woman at the counter. She was engaged in conversation with him for the entire duration of my coffee visit. It might be beneficial for them to prioritize work and save the extensive chatting for outside of the establishment.

I ordered a hot chocolate this morning and subsequently became sick, vomiting inside the cup in the coffee shop. I believe a white male with eyeglasses 👓 on 10/9/23 dropped something in my hot chocolate. They will never fix me a drink again.
