Papa Johns Pizza - Reviews

I tried the promotion for a medium 2 topping 12" pizza with wings for $18. It wasn't bad overall, but I did experience a weird taste afterward. The garlic parmesan wings were excessively salty. I found the New York style crust to be reminiscent of 7 Eleven pizzas, and I plan to switch back to their regular crust next time.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service provided by Eron was exceptional. He was a very nice and chill guy, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

This is a small location, mostly for pick up or delivery. The staff is very friendly. Karen did a great job offering napkins and plates to take home.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered the Mystery Pizza and requested extra cheese. While they did add the extra cheese, the pizza itself was undercooked. The dough inside was raw, and the cheese on top was not good at all. I didn’t like it; the pizza was not properly baked. I wouldn’t recommend getting it.

I literally just got home from picking up an extra large $35 combination pizza. To my surprise, I found a big hair on it. I was very disappointed. Unfortunately, I was not able to call on time to see if there could be a solution because the place was already closed. I will definitely be calling tomorrow morning.

I ordered a New York style pizza online, expecting it to be ready at 4: 45 PM. To my surprise, it was ready at 4: 30 PM. When I inquired why it was ready so early, I was told it was to prevent the pizza from being cold by the time I got home. However, what I received was an undercooked regular pizza, not the New York style I ordered, and it didn't have the correct ingredients. My attempts to resolve this with the store were met with significant issues. It took 10 minutes to reach a live person, during which a commercial repeatedly played. Once I spoke to a representative, I was put back on hold and then the call was disconnected. My subsequent attempts to call back resulted in the same experience. When I finally reached a store manager, their speech was difficult to understand, and they informed me the manager I needed to speak with wouldn't be in until the next day. I will try to reach the manager tomorrow and update my review. For now, I would not recommend this Papa John's location whatsoever. I believe if Shaq knew about the quality of food and lack of customer service, he wouldn't be happy.

My experience at this restaurant was absurdly bad. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza, but the cheese smelled rotten. When we attempted to complain, the so-called "manager" put us on hold, denied the cheese was rotten, and then hung up. The food was absurdly bad, and the customer service was equally terrible. I wish phones could record smells so you could be warned. We were starving, and the stuffed crust was the only edible part of the meal.
