Today, October 31st, I experienced the worst store employees at this Papa John's. It's a shame that the two workers on duty tonight were a pair of cowards who hit a man very badly who only asked them for an order. It's a shame for Papa John's to hire employees who get furious just for receiving a lot of orders. If someone from Papa John's reviews the video footage from this store between 8: 30 pm and 9: 30 pm, they will see that what I'm speaking about is true. It's a shame for this store what happened tonight. I hope justice is made, especially if the owner of this store is aware of this incident.

I initially thought I had ordered from a closer Papa John's, but it was assigned to a farther location. Upon arriving at the closer location, I found the front door locked before their supposed closing time. Checking my email, I discovered Papa John's had indeed assigned my order to a more distant branch. This farther location was open, and I entered to wait. Within a minute, a staff member approached me. I explained I had ordered via phone, provided my name, and they located my pizzas. The pizzas were served hot, and I took them home. Despite being further away, this location was comfortable and open.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! My experience was terrible. The delivery was late, and the pizza arrived cold and incorrect. Given the abundance of pizza options available, I cannot fathom why anyone would choose this place. The employees seemed incredibly high while working, leading to an inability to process a simple order. This was the worst pizza experience I've ever had. Papa John's should seriously consider closing this location, especially considering the recent reviews. This place and its unprofessional employees are simply not worth it.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to an issue with my order and poor customer service. I ordered two orders of 6 pieces of wings, but each box only contained 5 pieces. When I tried to call the store to resolve this, they never picked up the phone.

I recently ordered from this restaurant using their new app for carry-out. This was due to a previous issue with my last order. I specifically requested no sauce on my thin crust pizza. Upon arriving at the store, an employee told me I had "screwed up again" and hadn't specified no sauce. I believe their new app is causing issues as I clearly selected 'none' for the sauce from the dropdown menu. I have attached screenshots of my order as proof. The employee was unhelpful and seemed indifferent, offering a refund rather than investigating the issue. This is not the first time my order has been incorrect, but it is the first time I've called back. The manager insisted the mistake was on my end, despite my careful ordering process. I've also attached a picture of the order confirmation email, which shows no mention of sauce on my thin crust. I wish the employee had just taken my word for it. I will never order from here again.

I normally don’t even write bad reviews, but after today, I will not be ordering anything from this location again! I’ve been ordering from this location for years. I had two bad pizzas and called the location to express my concerns. The woman on the phone was VERY rude. I didn’t even ask for my money back. I took the pizza back up to the store, and of course, they were eating on the clock. Never again. I’m not going to get food poisoning. I’m just upset because there was no consideration of the customer. The management sucks, and so do the trash employees.

My experience at this restaurant was a complete waste of my time. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I was informed that the items were not even in the oven due to printer issues. I mentioned that I understood, as I had worked at a busy Domino's for years. The whiny girl who responded stated it wasn't the same, as she was 16 and the other employee was new. I asked for a manager, questioning why an immature minor was running the store. She wasted my time and does not appear old enough to work.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a pizza, and they sent a completely different one. This happened not once, but twice. To make matters worse, the pizza we received was sauceless. When we tried to call for assistance, they never answered. We were put on hold, then picked up only to be put back on wait. The refund policy is also not worth it. I would advise others to save your money and mostly your time.

My experience at Papa John's located at 450 S Buffalo Dr Ste 101, Las Vegas, NV 89145 was extremely negative. I ordered a pizza and after driving there and waiting 25 minutes, I was informed my order was voided because the single employee was closing early to clean. He offered a free pizza for the inconvenience. However, upon returning today, the general manager, Austin, refused to honor the free pizza and became belligerent when I inquired further, leading to a heated exchange. This visit was a complete waste of my time and gas, and I hope to speak with the district manager about this absolutely worst service.

My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. Upon entering, the music was so loud that I couldn't even hear what the staff were saying. To make matters worse, the store was incredibly dirty with a lot of flies inside. The wait time for our order was also excessively long, as it was taking so long to make the order.
