My experience at this Panda Express was fantastic! The food is consistently fresh and delicious. I was particularly impressed by the kind and friendly employees. Chef Saul is an amazing cook, and AiLun is fabulous and very kind. Everything they prepare tastes so good. My favorite dish is the black pepper steak. I visit almost every day because the service and food never disappoint.

It was frustrating to see people walking in being served while my online order was neglected. The customer service was terrible, and I would not recommend going here unless you want to endure a long wait and a backache.

My experience at this restaurant was horrible. While the people were very nice, my order was 45 minutes behind, which was difficult as I was waiting to feed hungry children at home. I suggest paying the workers a living wage and getting them organized. There is a long way to go. I would recommend going to Toshi’s next door instead.

I was excited to see them move into Westwood as I like them for a quick, tasty option sometimes. But the explosive diarrhea was definitely not worth it. Granted it was 7: 30 pm, past dinner rush. But they are failing at safe food handling here. Never had a problem at other locations. Be warned.

To make matters worse, at 10: 31 AM, only chow mein was available as one of the three side choices. The excuse of 'technical difficulties' for such unpreparedness was frustrating. I also observed a kitchen staff member coughing excessively, raising concerns about hygiene, especially when they were handling the food. The passiveness of every single employee was disgruntling, and I felt like my time was being wasted. I left before my order was ready due to these issues and cannot comment on the food quality.
