Fantastic Night at Otay Pizza!
My experience at Otay Pizza was fantastic! The pizza was so good that it made my whiney husband very happy. The chef and the staff were excellent, contributing to a wonderful evening. It was a fantastic night, and I'm thankful to Otay Pizza!

Terrible Delivery and Rude Service
My experience was extremely negative. I ordered food for delivery, and after being given a delivery time and confirmation that it was out for delivery, I never received my order. When I contacted Slice, I was informed that the restaurant had closed after my scheduled delivery time. I was told I would have to wait and possibly receive credit. I will never order from any company that uses Slice again. In an update, I called the restaurant the next morning to resolve the issue. I spoke to a man who was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He hung up on me because he didn't want to listen, explain, or apologize. I was treated so badly that I would advise anyone reading this to run away from this establishment.

Disappointing Food Order for Prison
I recently placed a food order for Richard J Donovan prison, and unfortunately, there wasn't a single man who didn't have a complaint. The chicken was raw, and many people didn't even receive their chicken. Given a month to prepare, the orders should have ensured sufficient quantity. The pizzas were incorrect, the cheesecake was super small, and the Philly cheese steaks were soggy bread with minimal meat. We understand our loved ones have made mistakes, but they are still humans who deserve to be treated with respect. We, the families, spent our hard-earned money to bring them a little joy, and you ruined that experience. You should be ashamed of yourselves for serving such poor quality food.

Unacceptable Food Quality and Price at Prison Fundraiser
My experience was a zero! The food provided for a fundraiser at Donovan state prison was completely unacceptable and extremely expensive. It felt like because it was a prison, you thought you could serve TRASH to our loved ones at a ridiculous expense. There was no meat on the Philly cheese sandwiches, the wings were raw, and the pizza had very little cheese. This lack of regard for the quality of food sold to our loved ones felt like a personal insult.

Undercooked Food and Major Disappointment
My experience was with RJ Donovan prison, which recently used this restaurant for a quarterly food sale for incarcerated loved ones. We were all excited for pizza, wings, cheesecake, and more. Unfortunately, the food delivered to the prison was undercooked, incorrect, or completely missing. The chicken wings were raw inside, which is a significant health concern. This was a huge disappointment to our loved ones. Although they are incarcerated, they are still human and deserve food as good as any paying customer. Speaking on behalf of the many families affected, we paid our hard-earned money for simple joys, for food that these men rarely get. I'm unsure if this was due to many errors or intentional because they are incarcerated. This has left a horrible feeling with the families who paid a considerable amount for food that shouldn't have been served. Customers should not be treated this way. I hope this serves as a huge learning experience for the restaurant. I advise the public to be extremely careful when patronizing this establishment. I hope your business takes this seriously and improves in the future!

Disgusting Food, Unacceptable Quality
My experience at Otay Pizza was extremely disappointing. My brother ordered takeout, and the food was so disgusting it had to be thrown out. The chicken wings were not cooked, the pizza was also uncooked, and the Philly cheesesteak had no steak, only a small amount of cheese on bread. I pray that this company, Otay Pizza, Wade, and those in charge will be held accountable for their disregard of food quality, high prices, and disrespect for their customers. God sees everything.

Terrible Food and Expensive
I am writing on behalf of my brother who is in prison. They just had a food drive and for some reason the person in charge of getting this together decided to go with Otay Pizza even though there are so many bad reviews! My brother's experience was that the chicken wings were raw, the pizza was not edible, and the Philly cheese steak sandwich was empty with no meat and crumbly cheese. He had to scrap everything out. The cheesecake was way too small! Everything was so bad and so expensive! It's a shame that this company could care less how they treat their customers and the quality of their food. They need to refund all the money that was taken for this terrible food. I hope all the families of these men leave a terrible review and make this company close down!

Unacceptable Food Quality for Paying Customers
My experience at Otay Pizza was deeply disappointing, especially considering the context of prisoners purchasing food. While I understand that individuals are incarcerated because they committed a crime and are paying for it, the food quality served was unacceptable. Many prisoners don't eat what's provided and look forward to food sales from restaurants. Otay Pizza recently had a sale, and while it's not cheap for them, the food they paid extra for was not even edible. They don't have the privilege to send food back, leading to disappointment after spending their hard-earned money, which they earn pennies on the dollar for (earning between $0. 05 to $1. 00). It's unacceptable to waste this money on inedible Philly cheese steak sandwiches and completely raw chicken wings. Otay Pizza needs to either serve well-prepared, tasty meals to all paying customers or decline the job if they can't provide decent food. Everyone, whether free or incarcerated, deserves good customer service and better food, neither of which Otay Pizza offered. I highly recommend everyone stays away from this place.

Terrible Service, Avoid This Place
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. It felt like a trashy corner store that was trying to be a restaurant. Upon entering, I received no greeting and my order was never taken. I was completely ignored while the waiter was busy chatting with other patrons. I've decided to take my money elsewhere and strongly advise others to do the same.

Worms found in food, restaurant should be closed
My experience at this restaurant was extremely unpleasant. I found worms in the food, which is a serious health concern. I have a video of this but was unable to upload it. This establishment should be closed as a restaurant.
