My experience at this restaurant was a significant letdown, as it felt like a mere shell of the original Oasis Grills. The wrap I ordered was pretty poor and tasted like gyro meat that could have been bought at Costco and reheated. For $17, it was definitely not worth the price. While the restaurant itself was clean and the service was nice enough, the food was a huge miss.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to a discrepancy in pricing. The price on the menu was lower than what was charged at the counter. I brought this to the attention of the cashier a few months ago, and they stated that prices had recently changed. However, upon visiting this week, I found that the menu prices have still not been updated to reflect the actual charges.

I was given a non-vegetarian wrap instead of my ordered vegetarian option, and the staff failed to acknowledge or apologize for this significant error. The person at the counter dismissively stated it was a "process problem. " Adding to the concern, I have previously personally witnessed a mouse/rat behind their food counter, highlighting extremely bad hygiene and poor staff management. This experience points to terrible hygiene and poor staff.

My experience at this restaurant was positive. I found it to be a solid fast casual Mediterranean option. The Mezze vegetarian plate was fresh and the ingredients were very good. I particularly enjoyed the nice smooth hummus. I will definitely come back.

My experience at this restaurant was horrible. I strongly advise against going here. There's a much better Oasis Grill near the Embarcadero. Don't expect anything but bread in your wrap. The chicken had a bad taste. My eggplant wrap was without sauce and almost empty inside, with an excessive amount of bread. I will never return. I gave them several chances, ordering wraps directly from the menu without any customizations, and every single one had a bad taste. I even received a reply from the owner suggesting I 'maybe' chose the wrong one. Just don't go there.
