I ordered a 12-piece wing for $15, but when I opened the box, there were only nine wings. I called to inquire, and they told me it's sold by the pound, which wasn't stated on the menu. The nine wings didn't even weigh a pound and a half.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I found red hair in my food. When I reordered, the staff had the audacity to suggest I should "be aware for future complaints. " This was my very first complaint ever, and I was taken aback. I don't have red hair, and I've ordered from here plenty of times. It's frustrating that my initial complaint was met with such an attitude. The restaurant needs to do better and focus on improvement rather than getting defensive.

My experience at Nunzios Lakewood was that it has closed. The Cleveland location is no longer so great. The food is always overcooked. Additionally, it's located in a horrible neighborhood in a dark location.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Nunzio’s Pizzeria. The cheese pizza was nasty, with the cheese peeling off. It was also very chewy, feeling like I was chewing on plastic. The atmosphere was terrible, and the food quality was a major letdown.

My experience when I call to order is that the lady answers and tells me to hold on. She then puts me on hold for 10 minutes and subsequently hangs up. This has happened multiple times.

My experience was confusing regarding the restaurant's operating hours and order policy. I have successfully called and placed orders at 2: 46 am on many occasions without any issues. However, tonight at 2: 29 am, I was told by a staff member that they were not taking orders. When I inquired about the cutoff time for orders, she stated it was 2: 30 am. This contradicts the advertised closing time of 3 am. It would be more accurate to state that the closing time is 2: 30 am, not 3 am. W. T. H.

When I'm hungry for a pizza that has its own distinct flavor profile and is consistently good, especially when it's open late, this is my go-to spot. If red sauce isn't your preference, their aglio y olio is also yummy.

My experience at this restaurant was overshadowed by a terrifying incident that occurred immediately after leaving. While walking back to the car with my son's pizza, he was pistol-whipped by someone at the bus stop out front. The assailant then ran away with his pizza. This violent act, occurring right outside the establishment, made for a deeply negative and unsafe experience, despite the food itself being good.

My experience at this authentic Westside Pizza shop was fantastic. I love supporting local businesses, and the ingredients here are definitely better than what you'd find at chain restaurants like Papa John's. The pizza was excellent, and I particularly appreciated their vegetarian options. I enjoy ordering my pizza with no cheese, and they do an awesome job with the toppings. The atmosphere, service, and food all received a perfect 5/5 rating from me. Parking was easy with free street parking, and the price per person is reasonable at $10–20.

I've been ordering from Nunzios a few times a week since moving to Cleveland in May, always the same pizza. However, one time my roommates placed a larger order, and their $50 order was a total letdown. The subs were nasty, and the mozzarella sticks were a 🤮. To add insult to injury, we looked at the receipt and realized they had overcharged us. When I called, the lady stated the only way to get the $10 overcharge back was to return all the food. I was then told it wasn't their problem because we used the prices listed on Google instead of the Nunzios website. Smh. A week later, there was still no call from the owner. I will never order from them again.
