Pork in my burger, rude staff
I asked for a Romanburger without pork, but the Caucasian guy who served me handed me my food with a smirk. I should have known he put pork on it anyway and then he laughed in my face about it. I won't be back.

Incredible Speed and Accuracy!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially considering the large order I placed. The two staff members working that day were incredibly efficient and busted it out in what felt like no time at all. It took them approximately 7-8 minutes to prepare 12 sandwiches, each made differently, and they were all correct!
It was a great job by the team.

New Nuggets Not Worth It
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing, particularly with their new nuggets. The new nuggets, priced at 5 for $5. 50, were absolutely not worth it.
They tasted like knock-off versions of McDonald's nuggets, unfortunately covered in sauce. The nuggets were super small and soggy, making them just gross. While the service and atmosphere received a 4, the food quality was a significant letdown with a score of 2.

Excellent Food and Service!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic. Everything was on point, and the counter lady was really nice. The food was prepared pretty fast, cooked perfectly, and tasted yummy.
I will definitely visit again and recommend it to others as well. 5 stars!

Horrible Service, Incompetent Staff
My experience at this Mr. Hero's has been horrible. I've been a frequent customer, but the service has turned toxic. They stopped accepting my orders after several misunderstandings due to incompetent staff who can't take orders correctly.
To top it off, I never received my refund after their screw-up. I suggest saving yourself the headache and finding another Mr. Hero's.

A Nostalgic Taste of Home
As a loyal customer since childhood, my experience at this restaurant brings back cherished memories of Saturday dinner take-out with my mom. I love Mr. Hero and always will.

Website and In-Store Chaos
My experience at this restaurant was frustrating due to several issues. The website is problematic, and while I understand it's not the location's fault, they should address it with the franchisor. The online ordering has a confusing maximum of $50, which isn't clearly stated, forcing customers to guess the limit.
Additionally, ordering multiple items like five large fries required adding them one by one, which is inefficient. Inside, the atmosphere was chaotic, with employees yelling at each other and a cramped space filled with customers waiting for orders. Despite being told my $100 order was ready, it was placed in a tiny bag, leading to a lengthy explanation.
Ultimately, the entire experience felt like a flustercluck, and I would avoid it.

Best Mr. Hero Experience!
My experience at Mr. Hero was excellent. I ordered the regular Romanburger Combo and it was hot and tasted fresh. Unlike previous visits where I've encountered excessive grease, an old oil taste on the fries, and sloppy presentation, this time was different.
I took a chance returning after years of avoiding Mr. Hero due to past issues, and I'm grateful I wasn't served "complete slop. " The food also came out quickly.
