Spectacular Food, Gracious Service
I've been here twice, and both experiences were great. We dined in with our daughters, aged 1 and 4. The place is clean and inviting, and the service is good.
They were very gracious about the chaos that two young children can bring to the dining experience. As our meal progressed, the restaurant filled up with other diners and people picking up takeout orders, which signals to me that the food here is well known for being good. It also seems they are opening another location, which is an encouraging sign.
The food is spectacular, and everything on the menu looks appetizing. On our second visit, my wife suggested trying a new place, but I wanted to return to try more of their food. I was glad we did because everything tasted great.
My only negative feedback was the iced tea I ordered was as sweet as candy; I was expecting an unsweetened or much less sugary iced tea. I'll remember that for next time. I'm glad this location is close to where I live so we can return easily.

Authentic Hong Kong Food, Get There Early!
My experience at this restaurant was centered around its authentic Hong Kong style food. I particularly loved the Hainanese chicken. The place is small, so I recommend getting there early to secure a spot.

Best Hainanese Chicken Rice & Milk Tea
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, particularly with their Hainanese chicken rice, which I consider the best I've ever had. I truly wish I could order just the chicken rice and a fried egg. The Hong Kong milk tea was also excellent.

Great food, small place!
My experience at this restaurant was great! The food was really good. The place is small, so expect to wait for a table.

Terrible Service and Food Quality
The seating was nice, but that was the only positive aspect of my experience. I paid $20 for a Hainan chicken set, and the presence of chicken hair in the food was deeply unsettling. I didn't notice it immediately and ate some, but it certainly didn't enhance the meal.
The staff's reaction was particularly disappointing. A young lady immediately asked if I spoke Chinese. Upon stating I didn't, I overheard her discussing offering me only three pieces of chicken because I 'found' it.
She then questioned me about where I found the hair to validate if I was lying, rather than offering an apology or replacement. She stated, "it happens, " which I found to be an incredibly poor response. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, she refused to speak to a manager or owner.
My inability to speak Chinese did not mean I couldn't understand what was being said. This was the worst customer experience I've ever had. Speaking negatively about a customer in a different language right in front of them is extremely disrespectful and felt like discrimination.
I counted over 10 hairs, and that's just what I saw before eating. I strongly advise against coming here.

Disappointing Service at Authentic Hongkong Eatery
My experience at this restaurant was marred by terrible service. The waiter took our plates while we were still eating, claiming they were closing at 2: 30 PM, even though it wasn't yet that time. I urge them to respect their customers.

Fantastic Food and Vibes!
My experience at this restaurant was marked by the right vibes and fantastic dishes. The braised beef was on point, and the Hainanese chicken was everything I expected: soft, juicy, delicate, and perfectly balanced. The service and atmosphere were both rated a perfect 5, contributing to an excellent dinner.

Declining Quality of Roasted Duck and Sticky Rice
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to a noticeable decline in food quality. The roasted duck, once a highlight, failed to impress this time. While it retained its crispiness, the flavor was lacking, suggesting it wasn't marinated long enough for the taste to penetrate the meat.
It's a shame that the restaurant seems to prioritize quantity over quality, which could harm its reputation. Another dish, the sticky rice, also showed a decline in quality. The rice did not taste right, and I suspect the cooking method has changed from traditional pan-frying to using a rice cooker, sacrificing authentic taste for speed.
This approach of saving cooking time at the expense of genuine flavor is a poor business model.

Disgusting Food Experience
My experience at the restaurant was quite unpleasant. I was disgusted to find chicken hairs and long hairs in my food. Additionally, the roasted duck was disappointing, consisting of almost no meat and excessive fat.

Cozy Place with Delicious Food and Great Service
My family and I frequently visit this cozy establishment. The food is truly excellent, with the chicken being a standout – tender and flavorful. I also highly recommend the fried rice noodles with shrimp, which are absolutely delicious.
The young waiter consistently provides warm and outstanding service, enhancing every visit.
