My experience at the restaurant was very positive. The chicken sandwich and fries were absolutely delicious. The server was attentive and came out to take my order while I was in line, which was a nice touch.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by excellent customer service. However, it was very annoying that they have both a "benefits fee" and an "environmental food fee" hidden when you order. This made the billing process less transparent.

I absolutely love the kids plate, especially the Gluten Free chicken – it's delicious! However, the service is consistently so bad. Every time I visit with my family, they all receive their food, but my kids' plate takes an additional 12-15 minutes longer. This means my family finishes their meals while I'm still waiting. What might be a mistake the first time is unacceptable by the fifth. While I understand it's a fast-food restaurant, I've found In And Out Burger to be cleaner.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely 10/10. I got takeout from here, and the MSG chicken was hot and crispy even after the drive home. It was great to see they had plenty of choices and plenty of information for my friend with severe food allergies, allowing them to make a safe choice. I can’t wait to come back and eat more of this perfect food.
