We visited this restaurant during a weekend trip to Universal Studios from Houston. After a fun-filled day, we decided to grab some pho. Upon entering, we noticed the restaurant is very compact with limited space, making it difficult for the busser to move around. The customer service was exceptionally bad; while we understand busy nights and crowds, a smile and a calm tone are essential, and the greetings we received were far from pleasant. However, the food was truly on point. The pho tasted amazing, though the noodles themselves seemed a bit old. The bhami was also a hit, and I enjoyed the addition of pickled vegetables, which was a novel and pleasant surprise. Overall, the food was fantastic, but the restaurant needs significant improvement in customer service and potentially a smarter dining room layout.

Felt very relaxing from the moment we walked in. We were greeted immediately as we sat down. Our server provided us menus and gave recommendations. The food came out hot & fresh. Our server checked on us periodically throughout our meal. I really enjoyed this meal & service after a long day at the parks.

The pho was pretty good, with a good and hot broth. However, the chicken was sliced like deli meat. The sprouts and basil seemed like they had passed their freshest day. My dining experience was great! The environment was very calm and cozy. There were no frills, just great food and great service. We experienced no long waits to sit down or to be served. Our waiter was very kind and attentive to our needs, even asking if the food was good several times. The regular sized pho is a big, hearty bowl. I’d go back!
