I cannot believe how terrible the chicken tasted here; it did not taste like other Krispy Krunchy chickens. While the customer service was fair, it seemed to be a facade. The establishment was unsanitary, with staff wearing no gloves. I received my mashed potatoes and gravy with hair in it. The server used his bare hand to serve the chicken, not tongs. I refused to pay until the chicken was discarded and gloves were put on. Upon returning home, I discovered hair in my mashed potatoes and gravy. I strongly advise saving yourself the trouble and finding another location.

I usually love Krispy Krunchy as a chain, but this location is not it. I’ve been coming here for a little while now, wanting to give it a chance, but it is consistently not good. Everything is not crispy (even though half the menu is not ready to order), and overall the quality is just not here.
