My experience at KFC was a nostalgic one, reminding me of my younger days. I truly love the special flavor of KFC. The food was rated a perfect 5, and the atmosphere also received a 5. The service was excellent, scoring a 5, and there was no wait time. The price per person was between $10–20.

On Sunday, November 9th, 2025, National Fried Chicken Day, my team and I decided to order lunch from KFC via the official KFC app. We placed our order the night before, scheduling pickup at 10: 15 AM through the drive-thru, aiming for a quick meal before a project. Upon arrival, the drive-thru staff couldn't find our order and instructed us to park and go inside. Inside, after waiting 10 minutes without assistance, staff impatiently insisted the order didn't exist. We showed them the email confirmation, and after another 20 minutes, a manager arrived, repeating the same confusion. Finally, the manager advised calling customer service. The 800 number took 8 minutes to connect, and another 8 minutes to verify the order. We were told a ticket was sent to the store, but received no follow-up. By 8: 15 PM, our order was unfulfilled, yet we were charged. This experience wasted the lunch break of four professionals and was the opposite of efficient, reliable, and respectful 'fast food. ' This negligence is unacceptable. We expect a full refund and a formal apology.

My experience at this restaurant was mostly positive, with the food receiving a perfect score. However, the price of a 3-piece meal at $22. 00 was absolutely crazy. I don't believe the chicken contains gold, as I still have my teeth. It seems the owner or corporate is intentionally making things expensive, possibly to drive customers away. I won't be returning to this KFC in Seattle. I can drive just 10 minutes north or south and get the same quality for a much cheaper price. Stop taking advantage of the high inflation market to increase costs. If the Democrats on the Seattle city council would get rid of the stupid sugar tax, which does nothing for the people of Seattle, some costs might be lowered.
