Terrible Food and Inaccurate Pickup Times
My experience at this KFC was quite negative. I suffered from bad diarrhea after eating there, and this happened twice. Consequently, I will not be returning for a third time.
Additionally, when I ordered through DoorDash and the app indicated the order was "ready for pickup, " it was not ready at all. While this was not a major issue, it was rather annoying, and I would prefer more honesty regarding readiness times.

Fresh Food, Inconsistent Refill Policy
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was made fresh, which was a definite plus. However, the service regarding drinks was quite frustrating.
They do not offer free refills, which I found crazy considering the soda costs less than the cup. What's more concerning is that they seem to selectively charge customers for refills based on personal preference. I witnessed the man in front of me receive his refill for free, only for others to be charged.
This inconsistency in policy and application is a significant dealbreaker.

Terrible Service, Avoid This Location
My experience at this restaurant was defined by epitome of poor customer service. Despite the place not being busy, we encountered significant delays and a lack of attention from the staff. We waited in line while making direct eye contact with two employees who completely ignored us.
An existing customer was immediately served for drink refills, bypassing us without a word. Another employee, while counting cash, promised to assist us but never did. When the first employee finally returned, she informed us of an 18-minute wait for a single piece of chicken.
Although the second employee later mentioned a shorter wait, we had already decided to leave. Based on other reviews, this incredibly poor service seems to be a recurring issue at this location. I strongly advise avoiding this location if at all possible.

Horrible Service, Avoid This Place
My experience at this restaurant was marked by horrible customer service. Despite there being only one person ahead of me for a pickup order and three staff members behind the counter, I was completely ignored. There was no greeting or acknowledgment, even after making eye contact.
A staff member prioritized helping a seated customer with a refill over assisting me. The drive-thru line was empty, yet I continued to be ignored. Eventually, I was asked for my order, and upon requesting the crispy chicken, I was told it would take 18 minutes.
At that point, I decided to leave without ordering. Based on other reviews, it seems bad customer service is the norm here. I strongly advise against going here and recommend avoiding this place.

KFC: Overpriced and Underwhelming Experience
My experience at this KFC was largely disappointing. The food was about what I'd expect from KFC, which in my opinion isn't great, but you'll have to decide for yourself. The atmosphere wasn't good; it's a basic fast food restaurant with a small and difficult-to-access parking lot.
Despite only two other customers inside, the lot was full. The soda fountain was broken, with a sign indicating refills would cost $. 99.
While a small amount, it felt like a slap in the face, especially considering the already high prices for drinks. The service was very subpar. I ordered Mac and cheese via kiosk but received corn instead.
I waited 15 minutes for my food, even with only one person ahead of me in line, and that person also experienced a significant wait. The prices were crazy; a basic combo cost more than many sit-down restaurants, with individual sides exceeding $5 and fried pickles costing $5. 99 for just 8 pieces.
This location's pricing, possibly due to its Aurora Avenue location, felt like gouging. Ultimately, this place has no redeeming qualities, failing on the adage of 'good, fast, and cheap. ' 👎🏼👎🏼

Exceptional KFC Visit!
My visit at this KFC was wonderful! The service was exceptional, with a cashier who was very nice and helpful. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious.

Drive-thru language barrier disaster
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating due to a significant language barrier at the drive-thru. No matter how many times I asked for chicken breasts, the employee could not understand and repeatedly asked "legs, legs? Legs!
Legs? ". This communication breakdown led me to leave without ordering and go to Ivar's instead.

Craving disappointment at KFC
My experience at KFC was disappointing due to a false advertisement. I was craving mashed potato poppers, which were advertised, but when I asked for them, I was told they no longer have them. This was particularly upsetting as it was my number one craving throughout my pregnancy.
I believe if an item is advertised, it should be available. I also think mashed potato poppers should become a permanent menu item at all KFC locations.

Disappointing Food and Service
My experience at the restaurant was not good. I did not like the food, as the fries were reheated and salty. Additionally, they told us to wait 5 minutes, but we ended up waiting 15 minutes.
