My experience at this restaurant was that it was not possible to sit down. It is only for take away, and there was no information about this on Google or the website. The service score was 1.

My experience was very bad. The chicken was disgusting, and the restaurant is very poorly located. I couldn't eat there; the place was disgusting.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by service with a smile and a team that is generally pretty quick with getting your order out. While there are occasional "fluke" happenings where one person's order seems to take forever, this doesn't happen often. It's worth noting that dining in is no longer an option after COVID, similar to many other eateries in the city.

My experience at this restaurant was one of very good value for the price. I'd rather get a bucket of finger-licking good food here than a burger and fries for $25. The price per person was between $10–20, which is quite reasonable. The noise level was moderate, making it a comfortable dining experience for a group of 2 people. The service was dine-in.

This is a grab and go location, with no dining in available. Despite this, I've consistently experienced good, fast, friendly service. The atmosphere received a rating of 2, and the food a 3.

My first experience at a KFC in the US was unfortunately at a location with no seating, situated in the Tenderloin. I was surprised to find no other KFC branches in different areas of San Francisco. On the positive side, the staff were helpful, and the food was both hot and fresh, so I had no issues with the quality. I took the food to go and enjoyed it at my hotel.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I ordered at the counter and was amazed that my food was ready by the time I received my receipt. The service was incredibly fast, and the food was excellent. I'm giving it 5 stars for the overall experience, including the atmosphere.

My experience at this restaurant was characterized by a general sense of urgency. It seemed like everyone, both staff and customers, were eager to leave as quickly as possible. The service was rushed, and the staff came across as kinda rude. While the food received a moderate rating, the overall atmosphere felt like people were just trying to get out. The atmosphere itself was rated low, contributing to a feeling of being in a hurry. Finding parking was also somewhat difficult.

My experience at this restaurant has been incredibly frustrating due to repeated issues with incorrect orders and poor service. On October 6th, the employees clearly did not know how to read, as my order of chicken littles with no toppings was covered in mayo. This is horrible service, and it seems like nobody cares! How can the same order be messed up twice? You all suck. You wasted the time of at least 5 people. On Monday, June 2nd, 2025, once again, directions were not followed. I specifically requested mashed potatoes with no gravy, and it was sent with gravy. Are you all that uninterested in your job? I am expecting a response and reimbursement for your lack of service.

I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. My experience was so negative that I feel compelled to warn others. You should save your money and not trust this place at all. Please heed my warning.
