Inconsistent Bartender Service
My experience at the restaurant was impacted by the service provided by the bartender, Dee. While she might have been having a bad day, her performance was terrible. The metadata indicates a service score of 1, a price per person of $1–10, and an atmosphere score of 1.

Quick, Easy, and Delicious Pickup!
My experience ordering for pickup from the website was quick and easy. I appreciated the Google Pay option. The food was hot and ready when I arrived, and it was delicious by the time I got home.
Great job all around.

Jay's Amazing Drinks at Joeys!
My experience at Joeys was fantastic, largely thanks to Jay. He is truly the man when it comes to making drinks. Jay has a remarkable ability to craft an amazing drink based on what his customers prefer in taste.
Thank you, Jay!

Mixed Feelings: Good Food, Bad Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of good and bad. For the 49er game, it was a great place to be. The food was great, though the mushroom burger was a bit small 🤔.
However, my experience with the gambling at the bar was disappointing. I lost $50 and they couldn't even comp me 1 beer 👎. It felt a bit greedy, as they told me I needed to spin $1.
25. I'll be going to other places that aren't as greedy. I used to go there often, but I'm moving on 💪.

Diverse Menu and Attentive Service
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The most diverse food I've ever had at a bar, which clearly shows the thought that goes into the menu. The service was attentive, and the food was very good and consistent.

Great Food, Drinks, and Company!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The people working here are great, and the food is good. They have a full bar with excellent draft beer and wine.
I tried the taco salad, and my wife had the Western Bacon Hamburger, both of which were so good! We had visited a few days prior and enjoyed the wings. I had the second hottest wing sauce, which was good but not too hot.
I also tried the hottest sauce on the side, and it had a nice kick and tasted great. It was easy to talk and have a conversation, making for a very pleasant atmosphere.

Good Food, Comfy Atmosphere, Service Can Lag
My experience at this restaurant was generally positive, offering a nice comfy atmosphere with big TVs, making it a good place to watch a game. The food was pretty good with a good variety and was reasonably priced. While the service can sometimes be slow, the staff are always friendly, though they seem to be understaffed at times.
The only aspect I disliked was when the "wannabe DJ" played loud music that made conversation difficult, but thankfully this doesn't happen too often.

Fun Vibe, Great Food, Friendly Staff
My experience at Joey's Tavern was a good time. Even though I'm not a 49ers fan, the vibe in there is still fun. The food is great, and I appreciate the different monthly specials which add a nice mixup to the menu.
The employees are really personable and make an effort to get to know their clients. All of this combines to make it a nice experience anytime I'm there.

Great Time, Will Be Back!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant and plan to return soon, possibly next month. As a fan of the 49ers, I had a great time, despite the team's loss due to injuries. I'm interested in visiting again when the 49ers aren't playing to experience the atmosphere under different circumstances.
Stay tuned for updates.

Unprofessional Service and Shortchanged
I visited on 11/11/25 to play pool and have some drinks with coworkers. The service from the bartender, Mike Blough, was nothing but unprofessional. He also shorted me $5 when I paid for a mango cart and asked for my $10 bill to be broken up for a tip.
It was a very unpleasant experience.
