My experience at this restaurant was excellent. It's the best JJ's in the south end of the city. The service was consistently friendly, and the orders were always accurate. I particularly appreciated that the tomatoes were never mushy. It truly checks all the boxes for a great dining experience.

I'm writing this review in hopes that the employee sees it. There was a young man working on 10/28 at about 4 pm. This was my second interaction with him, and I just want him to know he has an incredibly kind vibe. He has great customer service skills. I hope he never loses that kindness or great customer service, which can happen in the food industry thanks to crappy people. I can see great things for that young man! You guys have yourself a quality employee! I believe Edgar is his name.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by terrible employee attitude. The service takes forever to make a sandwich, and then they get an attitude about asking questions. Waiting over 10 minutes for a sandwich is simply ridiculous.

I ordered through the app for a timed pickup, but received a notification that my order was ready 30 minutes before my selected pickup time. It seems the store definitely ignored the delay notice on the order. The toasted sandwich was very soggy when I received it. This is definitely not one of my favorite JJ locations.

My experience at the restaurant was a mix of positive and negative. While the app indicated that payment could be made with "cash, " the store did not have any change available. The lady who assisted me was excellent, providing great service. However, the male who answered the phone was extremely difficult and refused to give his name.

After a Club World Cup game, I visited this restaurant. It wasn't busy, and the sandwich I ordered was good. The staff were easy going and friendly. I would definitely return to this location.

My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the sandwich was as good as usual for JJs, there were a couple of issues. I visited at 11: 30 am on a Saturday and they were out of cucumbers. Additionally, I didn't receive the extra lettuce I requested. Despite these omissions, the food quality itself was excellent.

This is one of my favorite locations. Edgar and Jacob took care of my recent stop there, providing the greatest vibes and customer service. The sandwiches were on point. FYI, they do not take cash as the area is so bad; they only take CC.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The ladies here are sassy! 🤣 I'd advise being considerate unless you can handle the heat. The food was excellent, earning a perfect 5/5. The service was also top-notch, rated 5/5. The atmosphere was enjoyable, with a score of 4/5. I recommend trying Vito. Parking can be a bit tricky with free street parking, and it's difficult to find parking. The price per person is around $10–20. For vegetarians, they have a vegetarian menu or section, and I would somewhat recommend it.

I went for lunch and was disappointed by the experience. The price on the menu was not right, and they ended up charging extra. The bread was hard and the meat was questionable. It's been some years since my last visit to JJ, and I found it to be a bit disappointing these days.
