Best JJ's in town!
My experience at this restaurant was excellent. It's the best JJ's in the south end of the city. The service was consistently friendly, and the orders were always accurate.
I particularly appreciated that the tomatoes were never mushy. It truly checks all the boxes for a great dining experience.

Quality Employee with Kind Vibe
I'm writing this review in hopes that the employee sees it. There was a young man working on 10/28 at about 4 pm. This was my second interaction with him, and I just want him to know he has an incredibly kind vibe.
He has great customer service skills. I hope he never loses that kindness or great customer service, which can happen in the food industry thanks to crappy people. I can see great things for that young man!

Terrible Service, Ridiculous Wait Times

Soggy Sandwich & Ignored Pickup Time
I ordered through the app for a timed pickup, but received a notification that my order was ready 30 minutes before my selected pickup time. It seems the store definitely ignored the delay notice on the order. The toasted sandwich was very soggy when I received it.
