My experience at this restaurant, located in North Beach, the Little Italy of San Francisco, was quite positive. The vibe is homey, and I appreciated the family-oriented option to choose your pasta type with your preferred meat. I ordered the flat noodle with marinara sauce, and it tasted like a home-cooked meal, especially since the pasta was fresh! A minor wish was for complimentary bread, even just a slice or two. The indoor & outdoor seating with a view of the Transamerica building was a definite plus. I would come back here again! 😋🍝👍🏼

The atmosphere was also rated a perfect 5, and the service was excellent, also receiving a 5. The price per person was between $20–30.

This place truly reminds you of someone’s “Nonna” still in the kitchen. My experience was exceptional, starting with the meat lasagna, which was a revelation – rich, hearty, and wonderfully free of the ricotta overload found in many other places. The burrata salad tasted like a love letter from the Italian countryside, and the pesto pasta was so good it made me question my life choices. Everything was authentic, soulful, and crafted with a level of care you can taste in every bite. I left feeling full, happy, and possibly sporting a new accent.
