My experience at this restaurant was largely defined by the bartender. After a concert, we stopped in for a couple of drinks. I asked for a sour beer, and they had a fruity IPA that was perfect. The bartender also made a great drink for my wife. Despite it being closing time and Game 7 of the World Series being on, she stayed open, ensuring everyone was taken care of and had a good time. The place was clean and not too busy, and they were quick with getting drinks.

It’s got that laid-back, no-frills vibe that makes it easy to kick back for a quick drink without getting caught up in any chaos. The location couldn’t be better — literally steps from the entrance, so you're not rushing or missing tip-off. Drinks come out quick, and the bartenders know how to pour — solid beer selection, a few fun cocktails, and prices that don’t make your wallet cry. The food menu’s clutch too if you’re trying to grab a bite before heading in. Think wings, sliders, loaded fries — all the good stuff that pairs well with a clean and modern atmosphere.

Hwayda truly saved our day! We stopped in before the Cavs game, and my husband was in distress about getting our tickets from SeatGeek. Hwayda quickly recommended the box office at the stadium, which we hadn't considered. Her prompt action and excellent customer service prevented us from having to buy another set of tickets. The food and drinks were also quick and great!

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. Upon arrival, the restaurant was visibly dirty, with several empty tables having garbage on them. We were seated at a dirty table as there were no clean ones available. After a 10-minute wait, the waitress cleared the dirty dishes but failed to provide menus, requiring me to retrieve them from the bar myself. Ordering drinks took an excessively long time, and requesting the bill resulted in another prolonged wait as the waitress attended to other tasks. The overall dining experience was awful, especially considering the restaurant was not busy and appeared to be understaffed. I will never return.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, largely thanks to the incredible bartender, Chuck. He's truly the best in the land! I highly recommend stopping by to try one of his craft cocktails. My personal favorite is the North Coast Sunset. Beyond the drinks, it's also a great place to grab a bite.

My experience at the Headliner Bar has been consistently excellent, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Chuck, the regular bartender. He is the best, always very friendly and attentive, never ignoring us. The food is great too!
