Great Food, Service Needs Improvement
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was truly great, earning a perfect score. However, the staff were not very friendly, and they consistently mess up the orders.
It's important to check your tray and ensure you have everything you paid for. Despite the service issues, the food quality is a definite highlight.

Delicious Burgers, Worth the Wait!
Absolutely delicious! Our favorite burgers in San Francisco. The service is a little slow, but it's worth the wait!

Great Food and Service on a Sunny Day
On a lovely day in sunny San Francisco, I had a great experience with great food at their outdoor tables. The food was served hot and quickly, which was appreciated. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service a 4, with the food also receiving a 5.
I particularly enjoyed the Ahi Poke Crispy Tacos.

Missing and cold food, awful experience
My experience last night was terrible. We ordered via Uber, but the food was missing and what we did receive was cold. It was an awful place, and I would not use them again.

Gorgeous Soft Serve Stand Experience
I'm not sure about the hamburgers, but their soft serve stand is gorgeous. I tried the buffalo milk fior di latte served in an almond-scented cake cone, and it was a beautiful treat. 🍦

Extremely Unpleasant Service Experience
My experience at the restaurant was dominated by the personnel. The staff member was extremely unpleasant. I informed them I was French and asked them to speak more softly, but they repeated the same phrase without looking at me, shaking their head, and wouldn't even let me speak.

Good Fast Food with Great Fries
This is a pretty good place for fast food. The fries are really good, and the prices and ambiance are also really good for the location. It's pretty kid-friendly, though there are no kid's chairs.

Nostalgic Diner with Bay Views
My experience at Gott’s Roadside at the Ferry Building was a delightful blend of nostalgia and the California dream. It offers a modern take on the classic American diner, focusing on fresh ingredients and local beer, all while providing stunning views of the Bay Bridge. The burgers were juicy, the fries crisp, and the shakes were dangerously good.
Despite the crowds, the team managed the service with cheerful precision. Grabbing a seat outdoors allowed me to feel the sea breeze and watch the city go by. It’s more than just comfort food; it’s a reminder of how joyful simple things can be when executed perfectly.
It served as a perfect pit stop between ferry rides and market strolls.

Sprinkle Cookie Tasted Like Chemicals
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, primarily due to the sprinkle cookie. I found that it tasted like cleaning chemicals, and my coworker who tried it agreed with my assessment. This was a significant issue with the food quality.
