Our experience at the restaurant was fantastic. The food, atmosphere, and the server were all amazing. We enjoyed the French toast, breakfast sandwich, and the kids breakfast.

Cute Local Diner with Great Staff
This is a cute, local diner. We found the staff to be always great, and the selections were solid. However, there were a few small nuances.
The eggs weren't always cooked as ordered, and it was frustrating to see people cutting the line for the one and only outside table when there was a list. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Machaca and Friendly Service!
Visiting my daughter, I came across this nice restaurant and wasn't sure about it at first. However, as soon as I walked in, a friendly waiter greeted me and let me sit anywhere. The menu looked good with quite a few options.
I decided to try the chef's favorite, Machaca, and it was fabulous! You can tell it was made fresh with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Just Right Breakfast Spot
My experience at this restaurant was "just right. " The cafe's size was perfect – not too big and loud, but rather quaint and ideal for a relaxing breakfast. The menu offered nice standard American fare with unique items like Banana Pudding French toast.
I found the price to be very fair for the quality of food, which is a pleasant surprise these days. The service was excellent. This is a great local spot conveniently located near the Bart station, and I will definitely make it a habit to return.

Fast Service at Busy Breakfast Spot
My experience at this breakfast place in the Glen neighborhood was quite positive. Despite being crazy busy on weekdays, the service is so fast that they cycle through customers very quickly. We never waited more than 20 minutes.
The portions were good sized. The metadata also indicates a large vegetarian selection and is highly recommended for vegetarians. The atmosphere, service, and food were all rated a 5 out of 5.

Worst Breakfast Dish Ever
My experience with the Cali scramble was incredibly disappointing. I had to be the worst breakfast dish I’ve ever had. The onions weren’t cooked at all, and it felt like zero effort went into this plate.
It tasted like nothing; it was as if everything was just thrown in a pan and left to cook without any care, not even salt. For $20, this was seriously pathetic food. It feels like this state is ripping everyone off, providing zero recipe or ingredients.
This is the same old story everywhere you go. If you want food with no flavor at all from a clueless chef who can care less about your plate, go here by all means.

Bring Back the Cereal Pancakes!
I am begging for the return of the cereal pancakes. I don't understand why they were taken off the menu. It was a fantastic dish and I miss it dearly.

Disappointed by Outdated Menu
I was hoping for steak and eggs, but unfortunately, the menu I saw was from 3 years ago and that dish is no longer served. It's a shame because I believe steak and eggs is a universal breakfast that everyone loves, especially for hangovers. My experience was disappointing due to the outdated menu information.

Fantastic Neighborhood Cafe Experience
This is a classic neighborhood cafe, perfect for families. My experience was wonderful, especially with the Santa Barbara quesadilla, which was fantastic. The tuna melt and salad were also great.
It's a very busy cafe, but the service was very good.
