Awful Food and Service
My first experience at this restaurant on December 17th was extremely disappointing. The food was disgusting, and the customer service was awful. We endured an hour-long wait for our appetizer, which only arrived as we were preparing to leave. The bartender's attitude was particularly bad, described as sucking. Overall, the experience was a 0 out of 5, and I do not recommend it.

Great Service, Food, and Atmosphere
My experience at the restaurant was a plus tonight. I enjoyed the good service and the good meat selection. The only aspect I noted was that it's a little brighter than I'm used to.

Worst Korean BBQ Experience
My experience at FIYAH Korean BBQ was the worst I've had among all the Korean BBQ spots I've visited. They surprisingly didn't offer any banchan, which is unusual for a Korean BBQ establishment. The meat itself was subpar, lacking both flavor and quality. The service mirrored this low standard; it took 30 minutes to receive my lychee martini, only to be told they were out of lychee juice, which was bizarre. To make matters worse, they automatically added gratuity for our two-person table, which felt completely unjustified given the poor service. The entire experience was strange and careless, leaving me questioning the restaurant's existence. It felt like it wasn't opened by people passionate about Korean BBQ or providing a reputable dining experience, but rather a place hastily put together for the wrong reasons. I will not be returning and do not recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing Service, But Manager Listened
I’ve been coming to Fiyah for the last so years. I decided to take my daughter out after a devastating week just to get her out of the house. We were the first people on the Korean grill side, as the other side is the boiler bag side. It’s an all-you-can-eat buffet on top of having to cook your own food. I waited almost an hour before all my food came out. Other people came in for the grill and were served right away. I understand they’re busy due to selling boiler bags now. I politely asked a waiter on the other side if I could speak to a manager. She asked my concerns, went and got him, and he apologized, which I truly appreciated. He also knew exactly who my complaints were about. Thank you to the manager and waiter who actually listened to my concerns. But the Chinese man with the long hair is one of the worst waiters there; he’s the reason why people barely come to Fiyah. He will ignore you but expect a hefty tip; he’s not welcoming. Also, I ordered beef bulgogi, and the waiter gave me old beef bulgogi and told me they were switching it out. I have had birthdays, graduations, and just meetings with family and friends at Fiyah. But they’ll never get another red cent from me, and the Chinese dude with the long hair needs to be fired expeditiously; he’s bad for business, and this is not my first run-in with him. If I hadn’t been with my daughter, it would have been different for him. But again, thank you to the supervisor and the waiter who made sure my concerns were heard.

Slow Kitchen, Overpriced Food
My experience at this restaurant, which has merged with Boiler 55, was mixed. While the wait staff was friendly and attentive, the kitchen staff was very slow. I was the first to order at my table of three, but the last to receive my food. To provide context, another person ordered about 5 minutes after me, and the last person ordered 10 minutes after her. I ordered an appetizer and a sausage bag. My appetizer was the last item to arrive at our table. The 8 wing dings were very small and priced at $16, and the sauce for my bag lacked seasoning. Overall, the food is way overpriced for the long wait times and the quality of the food. I will not be back.

Mixed Feelings at FIYAH Korean BBQ
This was my first time at FIYAH Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, following recommendations from family. The establishment's aesthetics were impressive, featuring contemporary furniture with a sleek, modern feel. Regarding the food and service, my group of three ordered boiler bags, with me adding broccoli to mine and a side of white rice. We also enjoyed fried green tomatoes and brussels sprouts as appetizers. The appetizers were good; I will DEFINITELY return for the fried green tomatoes. The boiler bags had great flavor, but my broccoli was overcooked, and while the shelless shrimp weren't a dealbreaker, I prefer shrimp with shells for the added flavor. Service was lacking; my rice never arrived, we didn't receive a bucket for scraps, and we had to get our own bibs and gloves. Overall, I might return for a drink or two during warmer months, primarily for those delicious fried green tomatoes!

Amazing All-You-Can-Eat Experience!
My dining experience at Fiyah was truly amazing from start to finish, exceeding all expectations. The restaurant offers very reasonable prices, especially for an all-you-can-eat establishment with a wide variety of delicious food choices. Every dish I tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Our waiter, Steve, significantly enhanced the experience. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to, ensuring we had everything we needed and answering questions patiently. Steve even took our pictures, adding a warm, personal touch. Overall, Fiyah provides great value, great food, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

Accommodating Staff, Lacking Owner Interaction
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently positive due to the accommodating young man who works there. He makes us feel like celebrities every time we visit. I've introduced many people to this place and support this local restaurant by bringing them and always paying for our meals, except for one occasion when Michelle paid. I believe the owners could make a greater effort to introduce themselves and greet guests, especially considering the number of people I bring here. Kindness truly goes a long way.

Terrible Service, Long Wait
My experience at this restaurant was extremely poor. I was accused of not paying when an employee actually dropped the ticket on the floor. The service is slow; it's 8 pm and I've been sitting for 30 minutes without receiving my order. There were only two servers on staff to take orders.

Great AYCE KBBQ Value
I've become a big fan of this place after a few visits. The food is great, and the atmosphere is laid-back. It's also more affordable than most AYCE KBBQ options, costing only $29. 99 for dinner. My favorites are the spicy pork and garlic shrimp.
