El Burrito Express 2 - Reviews

My experience at this restaurant was a mix of good and concerning. The food was delicious, and the service was also commendable, both receiving a rating of 4 out of 5. However, there was a significant issue regarding client health. I found a piece of aluminum foil in my meal, which the restaurant uses to cover paper plates. While I understand there might be a reason for this practice, it's definitely not worth the risk of someone ingesting such material.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, primarily due to the El Gigante burrito, which I consider the best. The establishment is consistently busy, but the staff are friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is comfortable, making it a pleasant place to eat in or take food home. I've dined here three times so far, and each visit has been consistently satisfying.

I doordashed. The first time I ordered the Taco Salad and it was excellent. This time I got 2 enchilada combo meal. It was horrible. I went to eat it and the foil from the plate was mixed into the food. I threw it all away. What a disappointment.

My experience here was through a DoorDash "going out" offer. Upon payment, they explicitly stated they no longer honor such offers, which felt misleading. The staff seemed intent on charging me for extra salsa, and even though I paid for guacamole, I received a half portion in a small cup. This felt like unreliable marketing and cunning people. I was not happy. The food itself was just okay.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially with their Large Meat/cheese El Bronco Burrito. It's a personal favorite in the area. While it costs a bit more than usual, the meat is incredibly tender and delicious. The green salsa is also super tasty. I highly recommend the burrito!

My go-to spot for a burrito or taco during my lunch break. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is great. I particularly love the mango pork tacos or the Nor Cal burrito.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I ordered a chicken taquito and a double carne asada macho burrito. For its size, the burrito was an amazing deal. The meat tasted perfectly grilled, and they definitely don't compromise on portions or flavors. Even the taquito was generously stuffed with grilled chicken, fresh cilantro, and onion. If you enjoy spicy food, I highly recommend trying the salsa verde; the red sauce was just average. To top it off, free nachos were included with my order. I'll definitely be making this my go-to spot for burrito and taco cravings.

Despite informing the staff and them acknowledging my request, the taco was prepared with avocado. When they remade it, the order was still incorrect. I believe if the staff were more attentive and engaged in conversation, such mistakes might be avoided. Additionally, the music was extremely loud, making it difficult to converse with others, which further detracted from the experience and makes me hesitant to return.
