Tiny spot, amazing food!
My experience at this tiny, hole-in-the-wall place was defined by its excellent food. However, finding a spot to sit was difficult, especially when it was raining. I'd recommend visiting on a dry day, if possible!

Amazing Soup Dumplings, Cramped Space
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was amazing, and it's definitely the best place for soup dumplings. However, there was never any room to eat, making it better for take out.

Best Pork Bahn Mi Ever!
This is a very casual spot with a counter for eating and outdoor dining available at Pike Place Market. Ordering and payment are done via an electronic menu near the door. I had the Pork Bahn Mi and it was the best I've ever had!
The pork was perfectly seasoned and tender, with just the right amount of delicious pate. The carrots and daikon were perfectly pickled, and the balance of mayo, chili pepper, and cilantro was spot on. The French bread, neatly melded with its contents, offered a perfect crispy chewy delight.
The perfectly balanced flavors still haunt my mouth. It's a damn good, excellent sandwich, seemingly made with love, by sincere staff. While it’s not 5-star service or 5-star atmosphere, it doesn’t need to be, offering countertop and outdoor dining.

Disappointing Noodles and Cold Buns
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The noodles had a film on them, indicating they had been sitting out for a while, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the beef buns we ordered were cold.
After waiting over 25 minutes for our food, I can confidently say I will not be returning.

Decent Dumplings with Flavor Boosters
There are two ways to get here: the first is through Post Alley and down the stairs, and the other is through the door by Hellenika, then go straight down the hallway. After taxes, it was roughly $15 for 10 dumplings, which I didn’t think was that bad. The chicken filling was a bit mild, but the chili oil provided did give it some flavor.
I definitely recommend using the other sauces/condiments they have if you want a bit more flavor. Overall, I would recommend to those visiting the market.

Korean Ramen a bit bland, thick dumpling wrappers
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. I tried the Korean ramen, but personally found it a bit bland. I prefer thin dumpling wrappers, and the ones here were a bit thick.
However, they didn't have a noticeable floury taste. The atmosphere and food were rated highly by the reviewer.

Hidden Gem for Delicious Dumplings
My first visit to this hidden gem was two years ago, and I recently returned because I still think about their fresh dumplings! They are consistently delicious, and I couldn't get enough. As a vegetarian, I appreciate that they offer several veggie options.
Located just off a side corridor in Pike Place Market, Seattle Dumpling Co. is easy to miss but worth seeking out by following the aroma of steamed dumplings. Despite a little wait, it's definitely worth it. Their mushroom dumplings are flavorful, juicy, and packed with umami, providing the perfect comfort food.
I also enjoyed their veggie spring rolls, which were perfectly crisp and a great complement to the dumplings. The dipping sauce added a perfect tangy-savory punch. It's a peaceful escape from the chaotic market, especially when sitting by the window or on the patio.
I highly recommend stopping by if you're in Pike Place and craving something warm, savory, and satisfying.

Disappointing Dumplings, Overpriced
I don’t get the hype…they’re just okay. I found the chicken dumplings to be very mid and plain, nothing special. For the price and quantity, I don’t think it’s worth the money.
It’s definitely not handmade; there’s a freezer in front that’s all prepackaged. I don’t understand why people assume it’s actually handmade.

Surprisingly Good Dumplings!
I usually don’t like dumplings, but I had one of my husband's, and they were super good! Definitely would try them!
