I was really disappointed with my experience ordering from Dragon Sushi. I was told at the new Hopnoymous location across the street that delivery from Dragon Sushi was free. Based on that, I placed my order online. I didn’t realize until after that there was a $7 delivery fee added, which I wouldn’t have agreed to since I was literally close enough to walk over myself. I immediately tried to cancel by calling the restaurant, but they told me they couldn’t see my order on any of their tablets. About 30 minutes later, I walked over in person and they still couldn’t find my order. At that point, I asked to cancel and planned to make a complaint because the situation was already frustrating and confusing. I walked back across the street, and a few minutes later one of the workers came over to tell me they finally found my order. By then, it had been over an hour since I placed it. I ended up canceling completely. The way this was handled felt rude and unprofessional, and there was no accountability or effort to make things right. Between the misinformation about delivery, the missing order, and the lack of communication, I don’t feel confident ordering from here again. Honestly, I’d probably have better luck walking next door to the Mexican restaurant where the service is more reliable.

This is our new favorite sushi spot. The fish is definitely fresh and very high quality, and their signature rolls are so unique and flavorful. The prices are also very reasonable. Our favorites are the yellowtail tuna carpaccio, summer roll, and the north park roll. We come here on a weekly basis. Definitely try this place if you get the opportunity.

I stopped in by myself to give this place a shot. The staff was friendly, and the food was fresh. I particularly enjoyed the rolls and teriyaki, which were very tasty. I'll definitely return to try some more rolls soon.

My experience with this Uber Eats order was disappointing due to inaccurate menu descriptions. We ordered the BomBom Roll, and the Uber Eats description failed to mention cream cheese. Unfortunately, the roll arrived with cream cheese, which we cannot eat. Upon checking the restaurant's own menu, it clearly states cream cheese. This discrepancy needs to be rectified on Uber Eats. Aside from this issue, the food was decent, though the rice was a bit mushy. The rolls we could eat stayed together well.

My experience at this restaurant was really good. I stopped for lunch and will definitely be back. I ordered the yakisoba seafood, sexy dragon, crispy dragon, and shrimp crunch rolls. All were so good. My favorite was the sexy dragon. You can't go wrong with this place. And the customer service was on point as well. Must try!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I really enjoyed the great customer service and the quality of the food was amazing. The cucumber salad was delicious, and I ordered the Mango Tango and Lemon Drop, which were super refreshing.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The menu felt like a cheap imitation of another local sushi house, specifically mentioning the 'Angry/Spicy Amigo/BOMBOM roll' as an example. For the price, the food fell apart, which was unacceptable. I would advise others not to waste their money here.

My experience at Dragon Sushi by Hugo in Normal Heights was fantastic. The restaurant offers delicious Ono kine Sushi, Sashimi, salads, and tempura. Chef Hugo is consistent with his offerings, and the food is as delicious as my pictures suggest. It's okay, lick your screen or drop on by. You will not be disappointed.

My experience at this neighborhood spot was fantastic. The service was incredibly attentive and polite. The food was definitely up to par with other great sushi places in town, especially considering the great prices. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill spot to enjoy great food. The baked mussels and summer roll were particularly outstanding 🔥.
