Domino's on Military Base - Avoid!
Neither the Domino’s website, Google maps, nor Apple Maps indicate that this Domino’s is on the military base. If you are a regular citizen, do not order your pizza to this Domino’s! Had to get refunded and won’t get the points we used back.

Scammed and Hung Up On!
My experience was terrible. I was scammed of my money because the food was supposed to be delivered, but it never arrived. When I called customer service, the lady gave me complete attitude.
I wasn't mad until I started talking to her, and then I was hung up on.

Consistently Messed Up Orders
My experience with this restaurant has been consistently disappointing, particularly with delivery orders. They've messed up my orders almost every time I get delivery. When I pick up orders myself, I still have to check the pizza to ensure it's correct.
I decided to gamble one more time on delivery, and I was met with the saddest pizza I've ever seen. I will never again order from here.

Terrible Experience: Cold, Stale, and Burnt Food
My experience at this restaurant was a complete letdown. The app indicated my order was delivered an hour before it actually arrived. By the time it reached me, a full hour and 30 minutes later, the food was cold, stale, and burnt.
My loaded tater tots were inedible. There was zero communication or service throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend going elsewhere to save your time, money, and appetite.

Surprisingly Good Experience!
I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about, but perhaps they've stepped things up. You also really only ever see negative reviews, and despite the almost all 1-star reviews, I thought I would give them a shot. Now, a shout-out: I received my order straight to my hotel room on base with the exactly correct toppings and sides as requested, only 27 minutes after ordering.
So yeah, that’s okay with me. *Update* 05/23/25: Ordered another pizza; this one arrived straight to my room with all correct toppings in only 33 minutes after ordering. Also okay with me.

Late Delivery and Rude Manager
My experience involved ordering through the app. The delivery was marked as complete, but I did not receive my food until 20 minutes later, with no prior notification. During that waiting period, I went to the restaurant and spoke with the manager.
She was very rude and provoking. The issue wasn't just the late food; it was the complete lack of communication throughout the process. The food itself was good, but the service and communication were severely lacking.

Unwelcoming Atmosphere, No Service
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. We were met with an unwelcoming atmosphere and no service upon arrival. The entrance was locked, despite the establishment being open, and it seemed they prioritized delivery orders.
We had to wait for a delivery person to open the door for us. Once inside, there was no one to take our order, and no clear way to signal we were ready. A staff member who approached the counter then retreated to the back when we were ready to order, and no one spoke to us throughout our visit.
It felt as though they actively preferred not to interact with customers. Due to this lack of attention and unwelcoming environment, we had to leave. It's concerning that this place remains open within a military facility, especially given the consistently negative reviews.

Inconsistent Domino's Delivery
Every other time I order from this Domino's, the food either takes forever to arrive or it doesn’t come at all. I’m getting kind of pissed off now, and it seems like I’m not the only Marine who has felt this way for the past 3-4+ years. I wish these reviews were easier to come across so other people can know that it’s easier to just drive to a restaurant.

Horrible Customer Service, Avoid This Location
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating due to their poor customer service. They do not answer their phones, and when I went to the location to inquire about pickup, the staff member smirked and said yes, despite us having called five times and being hung up on.
We ordered our pizza and waited for 15 minutes, during which we heard the phone ringing off the hook with no staff answering. Corporate should investigate the abysmal customer service at this location, Store 8551. They are nowhere near deserving of any operations excellence award, and it should be revoked.
