Terrible Experience, Money Stolen
Beware when purchasing from this Domino's. If you have any issues, they will steal money from you and refuse to do any refunds or provide assistance. I ended up doing separate orders, and was told it would be delivered together.
The pizza arrived cold, and I never received the second half of the order. I called the manager multiple times for solutions, and she refused to assist. They stole money from us.
Your money is better spent elsewhere. I'd suggest Marco's Pizza; better pizza and better customer service.

Extremely Poor Service and Unacceptable Staff Behavior
My experience at Domino's (MetroWest, Orlando) was extremely poor due to unacceptable staff behavior and incorrect food preparation. I ordered a split half-and-half pizza online, with distinct toppings for each side. Upon pickup, the order was not confirmed.
When I arrived home, I discovered the pizza was made incorrectly, with all toppings mixed together instead of being split as requested. I attempted to resolve this by calling the store five times, with wait times up to 11 minutes. When an employee finally answered, they repeatedly interrupted me and hung up, citing they were "too busy.
" I then returned to the store in person. Both employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. The female employee, who seemed to be the manager, told me to "shut up, " called me a name, and threatened to call the police if I ever returned.
Instead of resolving the issue, she canceled the order, but I have yet to receive a refund. This level of behavior, including ignoring calls, hanging up, verbal abuse, and threats, is unacceptable for customer service. The website also did not provide an easy ordering experience, as evidenced by photos.
It was a very disappointing experience, and I will not return.

Delivery Driver Begged for More Tip
My experience was marred by a delivery driver who asked me for a tip directly upon delivery. I had already provided a 25% tip, which I felt was generous for the cost of my meal. When I explained this, he then asked about tips for the store employees, implying the delivery fee wasn't sufficient.
He then proceeded to make unsolicited comments about my yard needing work. I politely declined to offer more, and he eventually left. This same driver repeated this behavior approximately 19 minutes ago.
Previously, I had let similar incidents slide, hoping for the best, but this is no longer acceptable. I've been a regular customer, ordering multiple times a week, because the food is decent and the location is convenient. However, due to this persistent issue of drivers soliciting additional tips, I will no longer be ordering from Domino's.
I prefer to patronize establishments that do not subject their customers to such uncomfortable interactions, especially when I've already tipped $5 on a $16 order for a delivery less than a mile away.

Cold Pizza, Poor Service, and a Bad Experience
My experience was extremely disappointing. The food arrived cold, even though it was supposedly in an insulated bag. The advertised guarantee is a joke because it only offers a discount on a future order, which is unlikely given the poor quality.
The pizza itself was dry and cold, despite ordering extra sauce. It was also poorly portioned, with more bread than toppings, and not at all like the "New York style" I ordered. If the tracker times are accurate, my food sat for over 20 minutes before delivery.
The driver seemed lost, wandering the community instead of calling for directions. Overall, there was poor execution, poor communication, and inferior food. I would advise others to pass this location by if they want decent pizza.

Terrible Delivery and Service Experience
My experience was extremely negative. I ordered through DoorDash, but their own drivers delivered the order. The driver went to the wrong building and, instead of trying to contact me, simply marked the order as delivered.
I could see him lost on the map and repeatedly tried calling the restaurant to provide directions, but no one answered. They even hung up on me. When I attempted to reorder for pickup, I was told it would take over an hour.
Checking Google afterward revealed numerous bad reviews for this location, indicating a persistent lack of improvement.

Never Delivered, System Sucks
I can't even tell about the food because they never delivered it. The money was taken from my account, and while I can track my order on the Domino's tracker site, they claim they can't find it in their system. This means the system sucks, so I advise against ordering online or through the app.

Burnt food and poor customer service
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this experience needs to be shared. I ordered from this Domino’s and the food came completely burnt, not just a little overcooked, but actually inedible. When I called to request a refund, they only offered store credit, which felt really unfair since I didn’t want to order again after that experience.
To make things worse, after I declined the remake, they still sent a driver back to my gated community without my permission. Thankfully, my gate kept them from showing up at my door, but that was really uncomfortable and unnecessary. I get that mistakes happen, but the way this was handled left a bad taste and not from the pizza.
Definitely disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service.

My experience at this restaurant was primarily shaped by a significant policy change regarding payments. While the food received a perfect score of 5, the inability to pay with cash for orders over $30 was a major drawback. Disappointing Domino's Pizza
My experience at this Domino's was disappointing. The pizza did not look like the commercials, with skimpy toppings and it was not cooked right. I wish they would take notes from the store in Davenport, FL, which has always been great.
