They handled multiple orders in a row without missing a beat, significantly speeding up the process. Without their efficiency, receiving our food would have taken much longer. I had an incredible experience at Chipotle on 45th today. Special thanks to Frankie at the cash register, who helped us and was so patient with our complicated orders. Shout out to Isa for making our delicious food. ❤️

My experience at the restaurant was great. I went in to order, and there was zero wait. The service was efficient, and the bowl was loaded up. The chips weren’t stale, which is a big plus. Really, what more can you ask for?

My experience at this restaurant was marked by significant wait times due to understaffing. Every visit, I encountered a massive line with only one person handling both food and the register. Another staff member would spend several minutes in the back before briefly coming out, only to return to the back again. This system is not good when busy. I believe there should be at least two people at the bar and one at the register, or a minimum of one person dedicated to each role.

My experience at this restaurant was better than a typical Chipotle. They offer a convenient drive-thru for picking up online orders. The ingredients were fresh, and the meat was good. Overall, the food tastes good.

My experience at this restaurant highlighted a couple of ongoing issues. If you have kids, this location is not a good fit as all protein has wayyyyyy too much spice. I have now been 3 separate times and ordered different proteins for the kids, including chicken, carnitas, and steak, and all were way too spicy. I tried them myself after the kids complained. My last order for myself was the carne asada, which was surprisingly very spicy to the point my mouth was on fire 🔥. While I could still eat it, it was a surprise, and I would expect something a little more mild to medium as a default here. Another issue was how awkward it is when one server is going at hyper speed and gets irritated with another server that is doing a decent job, almost pushing them out of the way or dismissing them. The Chipotle at Interbay seems to have it figured out; maybe they can compare notes.

My experience involved ordering online and then facing an hour-long wait in the drive-through line. While it might have been an off night, the extended wait time for a burrito was surprising, especially with cars backed up into the street. Despite the service issues, the food was excellent.

This place replaced a full-service drive-through Taco Time and kept the drive-through window operational. However, they decided to not allow drive-through ordering. The drive-through window is now "just to pickup orders that were already placed online. " It's almost like we already had a way to pick up online orders by going inside the store, and the drive-through is now serving as a complete waste. Yeah, very dumb 🤔.
