My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While they do make good tacos for $4 each, the service was quite slow. They are consistently out of things and take forever to refill ingredients, which was a significant drawback.

This was my first time eating at Chipotle. I enjoyed my meal. Since this is the only Chipotle I've tried, this will be the standard for the Chipotle taste I remember going forward. The ordering process was very fast. The store was also clean.

I feel sorry for this location. They were doing so good then out of nowhere it just plummeted once again. I had to place a review here about a year back because the staff was overcharging me every time I went there. Thing eventually got better and the atmosphere became amazing. It's been about a month since I have been to this chipotle location. Needless to say it was dirty, every table needed cleaning. All the garbage cans were overflowing and when I went to pick my food up there was a guy with no gloves on coughing in his hand and standing over the food. The front door was wide open the entire time and the delivery people and homeless came in and out with their cups and tumblers to get free soda. I asked for a manager and a guy came out upset and very rude. I asked if he had someone to clean at least one table. He told me I had to wait for two minutes in which I did. In about 90 seconds he returned with a dirty towel and no gloves asked me which table I would like to sit. Then he wiped the table that was more dirty after he wiped it and asked me was I satisfied. I decided to capture a video of the incident just in case the owner cared enough about what was happening in his business. I grabbed my order and prayed I don't get sick tonight. This location has been having on and off again bad service for the few years that I have been going there. I'm just going to go to the one near Montgomery Street off Market from now on. Don't go there if you don't have to.

I ordered through DoorDash from this location, and when we received the food, the meat was severely undercooked. The cow was damn near still mooing 😂. We ended up getting kind of a refund through DoorDash (credits), but despite that, I’m still very disappointed with this experience.

I went through the line and had them make everything I wanted. All I had to pay with was a hundred dollar bill but they said no they wouldnt accept it so I had to leave without getting anything.

My experience at this Chipotle location was okay, though I've had better food elsewhere. The burrito portions were noticeably smaller than expected. While the music was nice, the food court itself wasn’t very clean. Unfortunately, the service at the counter was disappointing. Even though it wasn't crowded, the staff kept rushing us while we were choosing our fillings. I enjoy Chipotle and will visit again, but definitely not at this specific location.

My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative. The people behind the counter were very rude, and the place itself desperately needs a good cleaning. While the food was okay, the worst part of my visit was an interaction with a staff member who cleaned the bathroom. She was very unpleasant and argumentative, refusing to let us use the bathroom because she had just cleaned it, stating, 'I don’t want you to use it because you’ll make a mess! ' This is not acceptable customer service, and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast-food place. I would not recommend this establishment; we should have eaten at the theater instead. Two thumbs down 👎. Five of us ate there on September 6th, and it wasn't even 10 PM, so we should have been able to use the restroom. Three ladies needed to go badly, and we were just so disappointed.

I used to love Chipotle, but this store is a dirty mess. The kitchen looks disgusting and dirty, and the tables and floors are unclean. The portions used to be bigger, but now they are only half of what they used to be. It was a pretty bad experience, and I can't recommend this store.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by an impressively trashy location. There was literal trash everywhere, including on the floors and tables. Additionally, the ice was out in the soda machine, and despite knowing about it, they didn't bother to mention it when I got a soda. On a positive note, the food was great, scoring a 4 out of 5. The service received a 3, and the atmosphere a 2.

Even though the restaurant was empty, they rushed us and didn't give us time to choose what we wanted. I wanted chicken, but before I could decide, they served me beef. The staff was very unpleasant, and the cleanliness was poor. The tables were left unattended. The food was good, but I would not return.
