Good Tacos, Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While they do make good tacos for $4 each, the service was quite slow. They are consistently out of things and take forever to refill ingredients, which was a significant drawback.

First Chipotle Experience Sets the Standard
This was my first time eating at Chipotle. I enjoyed my meal. Since this is the only Chipotle I've tried, this will be the standard for the Chipotle taste I remember going forward. The ordering process was very fast. The store was also clean.

Disappointing Return to Chipotle
I feel sorry for this location. They were doing so good then out of nowhere it just plummeted once again. I had to place a review here about a year back because the staff was overcharging me every time I went there. Thing eventually got better and the atmosphere became amazing. It's been about a month since I have been to this chipotle location. Needless to say it was dirty, every table needed cleaning. All the garbage cans were overflowing and when I went to pick my food up there was a guy with no gloves on coughing in his hand and standing over the food. The front door was wide open the entire time and the delivery people and homeless came in and out with their cups and tumblers to get free soda. I asked for a manager and a guy came out upset and very rude. I asked if he had someone to clean at least one table. He told me I had to wait for two minutes in which I did. In about 90 seconds he returned with a dirty towel and no gloves asked me which table I would like to sit. Then he wiped the table that was more dirty after he wiped it and asked me was I satisfied. I decided to capture a video of the incident just in case the owner cared enough about what was happening in his business. I grabbed my order and prayed I don't get sick tonight. This location has been having on and off again bad service for the few years that I have been going there. I'm just going to go to the one near Montgomery Street off Market from now on. Don't go there if you don't have to.

Undercooked meat, very disappointing experience
I ordered through DoorDash from this location, and when we received the food, the meat was severely undercooked. The cow was damn near still mooing 😂. We ended up getting kind of a refund through DoorDash (credits), but despite that, I’m still very disappointed with this experience.

Denied Service Over Payment Method
I went through the line and had them make everything I wanted. All I had to pay with was a hundred dollar bill but they said no they wouldnt accept it so I had to leave without getting anything.
