Chick-fil-A - Reviews

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The sausage and hash brown wrap I received was stone cold. When I brought this to the attention of an associate, I was told that's how they are served. However, I frequently purchase these wraps and they are always hot. The associate then argued with me briefly before I decided to walk away. This is definitely NOT the Chick-fil-A treatment I normally receive.

I came to this Chick-Fil-A to grab breakfast before my flight. The food came out fast and was tasty.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, largely due to the exceptional service provided by our host, Amanda. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a true asset to the brand. Going above and beyond expectations, Amanda made our visit memorable. If I could rate this six stars, I would!

My experience at Chick-fil-A was excellent. It's one of my favorite spots for a quick meal. The service was consistently polite and efficient, and the food never disappoints. I especially love the Spicy Chicken Sandwich — it’s my go-to! The restaurant offers great quality, consistent taste, and a clean atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I wondered why nobody was in line for the chikfila early in the morning. I found out. I ordered a simple chicken biscuit, hashbrowns, and water. What I received was not a chikfila chicken biscuit. I'm nearly certain it was a Bojangles chicken biscuit. The biscuit was perfectly round and intact, whereas Chick-fil-A biscuits are typically oblong and crumbly. The chicken was more of a chicken patty, far more processed and tough than a normal chicken biscuit. It was also Cajun seasoned, something I've never tasted from a chikfila.

In this 21st century, it's interesting to note that this establishment only accepts cash or physical cards. If you don't have either, you'll need to use the self-service kiosk. They do not accept the app because CFA cannot guarantee the level of service as an outside airport location. Expect about a 7-minute wait during slow times. There is no crew discount available. The food was excellent, but the service was slow.

My family's top choice when we come through the airport. The cashiers today, Ethan and Shelly(?), were very friendly and positive. Their quick service and attentive attitude helped decrease our stress while traveling as a family.

My experience at this restaurant was elevated by the exceptional service from Manager John. He was the nicest person in the airport, and I will definitely order here again just because of him.

My experience at this restaurant was significantly better than Shake Shack. The food was superior, and the service was way better. Unlike the establishment next door, you can actually see the employees working here.
