Exceptional Food, Amazing Desserts!
My experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional! The food was outstanding, particularly the kofta, which offered a delightful and unique blend of flavors and textures. The shrimp kebobs were cooked to perfection, highlighting their natural sweetness and juiciness.
I haven't had food this good in years! I highly recommend trying the desserts; the chocolate cake and baklava are amazing!

Amazing Falafel and Great Experience
My experience at this Middle Eastern restaurant was wonderful! It's a short jaunt down from West Portal Station. Their falafels are amazing, and if you have trouble deciding what to get, the combo appetizer is a great start!
The food was rated a 5, and the atmosphere was also a 5. The service was rated a 5, and there was no wait time.

Not Authentic Turkish Food
To all Turks, don't be fooled by the name. Everything inside looks like Turkish food, but nothing is actually Turkish food! They fry a plain, unsalted piece of meat and serve it to you as Adana.
For those who want to experience real Turkish food, this is not the place you're looking for. Nothing is even close to a Turkish food experience.

Cozy Spot with Great Food and Value
It's a pleasant and atmospheric place. The space isn't very large, but it doesn't feel cramped. The dishes were delicious.
They have sets, which is a great opportunity to try a lot of things! The menu is extensive, prices are extremely affordable, and the portions are tasty and large. I was immediately drawn to the Turkish coffee and tea.
☕️ The presentation is beautiful, with mugs like in the series))) The taste didn't seem particularly different.

Disappointing Food and Value
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, especially considering the price. The kabobs were dry, and the Moussaka lacked meat, unlike other places serving authentic food. The ingredients tasted old and not fresh.
While the service received a 4 and the atmosphere a 3, the food score of 3 and the price range of $30–50 per person did not justify the quality received.

Good Food, Excellent Service in West Portal
It has been a while since we have dined here. We came in over the weekend while we were in the neighborhood. The location in West Portal is a hidden gem.
The decor is nice, clean, and features a well-thought-out design and color scheme. The menu is small but offers nice selections, including a couple of daily specials. The food was very good, though not quite as exceptional as our first visit.
The Musakka was different than expected, served more as a stew than a lasagna-like dish. The eggplant, zucchini, and potatoes were cooked perfectly, not mushy, and the flavors were still good. The service was top-notch and excellent from beginning to end.
Overall, I think it is all good.

Good Food, Bad Reaction
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the food tasted good, I had a negative reaction to it. The waitress confirmed that they use canola oil for almost everything, even for the combo platter which I expected to be made with olive oil.
Unfortunately, this led to me being sick for 3 days. The service and atmosphere were rated positively at 4 stars, but the food's impact on my health was a significant downside.
