Consistently Good Food, Long-Standing Favorite
I'm not sure about the service when ordering through DoorDash, but the food has been consistently good. This restaurant has been a part of my childhood, and I'm glad to see it's still here.

Delicious Burgers, Minor Ice Hiccup
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive, even earning approval from the local 'nimbys. ' The burger patties were incredibly tender and wonderfully delicious, with the smoke plumes suggesting a perfect 50: 50 fat-to-protein ratio. My only minor complaint, a nitpick really, was regarding the ice. I asked for heavy ice, and the counter staff claimed they were out. However, I noticed the ice chest was full of cubes, packed to the brim. I needed the extra ice to pour over the sizzzz-errt, if you catch my drift. Despite this small issue, the food quality was exceptional.

Decent Food, But Limited Options and Location Concerns
My experience at this Burger King was a bit of a mixed bag. The staff and food were pretty decent, earning a 3-star rating overall. However, there are significant limitations to consider. This location does not have a drive-thru, meaning you'll need to park on the street and walk inside to order. Furthermore, there is no indoor dining, so your only option is to get your food to-go. A notable concern is the presence of homeless people and some individuals described as 'zombies' who tend to hang out next to the establishment in the late evening and at night. While they are generally not harassing and tend to leave you alone, their presence might be unsettling for some. They are less frequent during the day but do appear from time to time. The neighborhood is mostly safe, and I sometimes buy a burger for them. Despite these drawbacks, the food was rated 3 and service was rated 4.

Convenient Neighborhood Gem with Friendly Service
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly positive due to its ridiculously convenient location and hours, being open until 4 AM. I also experienced great friendly service. Kudos to this team!

Consistent Great Service and Food
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently positive over the past 10 years. I've been eating here twice a week, and the staff has always been great. Any issues that have arisen have always been dealt with accordingly and immediately. The restaurant accepts California EBT Food and is open close to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Good shake, loud atmosphere
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. I had a good shake there, although it wasn't the snake I was expecting. The shake itself was good. However, the noise level was very loud, making it hard to hear. The price per person was between $1–10.

Horrible Food and Service
My experience at this restaurant was horrible. My onion rings were not cooked all the way; they were cold inside and soggy. The rodeo burger was also cold and unexpectedly hella spicy, which was surprising as I expected only BBQ sauce. Overall, the experience was so bad that I vowed not to return. However, I did go back. This time, I was told they were closed but could order online. While trying to order online, the staff member went to the back, implying the restaurant was closed online. This meant I couldn't order online anymore. I became mad because I had walked all the way there. As I was walking away, the staff member told me to "get lost. " Burger King needs to hire nicer people. All I wanted was fries and an ice cream cone. Your food is bad and so is your service. I think you need some help! 🍟🍔

Disappointing Burgers, Cold and Messy
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a Whopper Junior, but the onions were replaced with onion rings. The burgers were barely warm, and there was too much lettuce on them.

Wrong Order, No Response, Then Refund
My experience involved receiving the wrong order. I ordered two Whoppers but was given two chicken sandwiches instead. I didn't realize the mistake until I got home. I complained the day after, but received no response. The chicken sandwich looks nothing like a Whopper. Fortunately, they did provide a refund after a few days, which I've updated my stars to reflect.
