Terrible Food and Rude Service
My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The workers were rude, and my burger only came with one pickle and a small piece of bacon. Additionally, the fries and nuggets were stale.
To top it off, the ice cream tasted weird. I would not recommend going here.

Disappointing Service at Burger King
My experience at this Burger King location has been consistently disappointing due to the service. While there are a few ladies who tend the drive-thru window, two in particular stand out negatively. There is a younger Latina who is just plain rude, not friendly, and unhelpful with basic questions.
She always manages to complicate orders placed through the app for pickup. On my last visit, she refused to honor a promo price from the app, insisting I order from her, which resulted in a price three times higher. I ended up paying $18 for a trio special that usually costs a little over $8 through the app.
The other middle-aged lady, also Latina, never includes ketchup or napkins and gets angry when asked. She also charges for sauces, which I believe should be at least one free. While I would overlook these issues if their attitude was nicer, their attitude has become so bad that I now go to the Burger King on Valencia/Mission, where the staff is much friendlier.
I understand it's a tough job, but as a customer, I don't feel welcomed at this Burger King location.

Clean Tourist Spot with Prompt Service
My experience at this restaurant was generally positive. The place was pretty clean, though it attracts a lot of tourists. The service was prompt, and the dining area is large.
It's located in an area with lots of shopping and is a tourist attraction due to the cable cars, which means fewer homeless people around. While the food wasn't the absolute freshest, it was still good.

Chicken Sandwich & Onion Rings Still Great!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I was so pleased to find that their chicken sandwich and onion rings are just as good as they were twenty years ago 😂. The food quality is clearly a consistent strength here.

Late Night Stop with Mixed Feelings
My experience at this restaurant was for a quick late night stop to grab some food. While the service was rated a 3 and there was no wait time, the food quality was a concern. I found the food could definitely be made better.
For $9, I expected more than a smashed mess of a burger. It felt like there wasn't much care put into the job. The atmosphere was rated a 1, and the surrounding area is described as sketchy at night, with many homeless people present.

Bathroom and Refill Restrictions
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to several restrictions. I was not allowed to use the bathrooms if I ate there. Additionally, the only refill I received was 8 ounces.
I also found that there was only one piece of cheese on my double burger.

My experience at this Burger King was consistent with other locations. The food quality is the same, and the inside looks clean. It's a good option if you're looking for a quick meal.

Excellent Service and Food!
My experience at the restaurant was great. The staff was very attentive, unlike other places where they might skimp on sauces. We ordered 3 to 5 burgers and received ample Ranch sauce.
The atmosphere was a 4 because it was a bit noisy, but it wasn't uncomfortable. The service was incredibly fast; our order was ready in just 5 minutes. The food was also excellent.

Satisfying Burger, Fries, and Sundae!
My experience at the restaurant was great! I enjoyed a Whopper with fresh veggies, accompanied by fresh fries and a special tasting coke. To top it off, I had the Hershey sundae pie, which was delicious.
You really can't go wrong here.
