I visited the drive-thru on 12/21 at 9: 50 AM. With only one car ahead of me, I reached the food window by 9: 55 AM. Despite the dining area appearing empty and the car ahead not having a large order, I experienced a 3-minute wait at the food window before receiving my coffee. It's been a long time since I've seen this Burger King move so slowly, and there were many cars backed up. The drive-thru times were not good at all.

I always love ordering from here. The food is always great! I order online often and have never had a mistake yet. Keep it up ya'll! :)

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered a Whopper, but it was made completely wrong. When I returned to have it corrected, the staff was unwilling to fix the issue. Three different employees approached me and asked the same questions, despite me explaining the situation. The burger was prepared with ketchup and tomato, which is a severe problem as I am allergic to both. This oversight caused me to get sick.

My overall experience at this restaurant was nice. The food was amazing. However, the staff were not too friendly, and the bathroom was a mess. Despite the service and cleanliness issues, the food was a definite highlight.

By far the best Burger King I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The restaurant was super super clean, and the food here is fantastic (every visit). The employees are friendly and respectful, and they even have the courtesy to try and make you smile. Thanks guys, you're an awesome group! 😀

My experience was with a food delivery order. Unfortunately, half of my order was missing. To make matters worse, the order site indicated that this location locked refunds for missing food. It feels like this site scams you of your money by not fulfilling your order. I will never be ordering or eating here again.

My youngest turned 4 and was dead set on Burger King for his birthday dinner, so I brought my kiddos. We had an excellent experience, thanks to Zoe for the excellent customer service and an ice cream treat! The play place was very clean, which was a nice bonus with the kids running around.

My experience at Burger King was fantastic! I had the best burgers, and the service from Mike was both nice and professional. I also appreciated how really clean the restrooms were.

I visited this Burger King just after 9: 30 AM, craving lunch and armed with a coupon. When I inquired at the order box, the staff member informed me they could prepare lunch items even though they weren't displayed on the menu screen. I was delighted to find they also had French toast sticks! The staff member kindly allowed me to order both lunch and breakfast items. I enjoyed the French toast sticks, while my kids had chicken fries with french fries, and I also got hash brown bites. The food was great! However, the standout was the employee at the first window, Alec. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, significantly enhancing my experience at this Burger King.

I'm frustrated with the current online ordering system. I can no longer order extra ingredients on anything I order online. For example, if I want extra tomato or extra pickle on my Whopper Jr. for dinner, the website does not have the option. I'm forced to ask at the drive-thru, which the employee kindly puts together for me. It's inconvenient, and I'm not sure why these limitations are in place after 70+ years.
