Slow Drive-Thru Service at BK
I visited the drive-thru on 12/21 at 9: 50 AM. With only one car ahead of me, I reached the food window by 9: 55 AM. Despite the dining area appearing empty and the car ahead not having a large order, I experienced a 3-minute wait at the food window before receiving my coffee.
It's been a long time since I've seen this Burger King move so slowly, and there were many cars backed up. The drive-thru times were not good at all.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered a Whopper, but it was made completely wrong. When I returned to have it corrected, the staff was unwilling to fix the issue.
Three different employees approached me and asked the same questions, despite me explaining the situation. The burger was prepared with ketchup and tomato, which is a severe problem as I am allergic to both. This oversight caused me to get sick.
