While not a five-star experience, the ability to watch the MNF game with audio and enjoy a good 22oz. Kolsch on tap for $4 is a significant draw. In terms of beer selection, most bars can't compete. Despite a general dislike for corporate America, this was a pleasant Christmas visit.

They were not busy and seemed indifferent to helping. Our server eventually apologized, but the bartenders never did. We left without any acknowledgment. Overall, the service was disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at BWW. After visiting for the last 10 years, the past two visits to this location have been very disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no one to seat us, and we had to find a server ourselves, even though the restaurant was not busy. Our server took over 15 minutes to take our order. The most disappointing part was the food: the wings were dry, tough, and had barely any meat, feeling mostly like bone and sauce. This is the second time the wings have failed at this location. The carrots served were distasteful baby carrots. Overall, their food and service quality has gone down significantly. This will likely be my last visit to this location.

We came here while visiting San Diego for the first time. We were seated immediately and told a waiter would be with us shortly. Near the end of our meal, we noticed we were the only ones eating bone-in wings, with everyone else opting for boneless or other dishes, suggesting we weren't alone in finding the wings subpar.

I came to have some wings today and was seated in about 5 minutes as promised by a polite host. However, we then sat at our table for 23 minutes with multiple waiters walking by, but nobody came to take our drink order, so we left. All other reviews here on poor service are correct and management is to blame.
