I've been coming here since I was a kid when it was still Steve's restaurant, so I had high expectations. My fiancé and I ordered the wing dings and a shrimp wrap, and I was not disappointed. They had big shoes to fill in my book, and they clearly have their own unique style. I'm impressed; they clearly have passion, and you can taste it in their food ❤️.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by a very long wait for my order. I was the only customer when I entered, yet it took forever to receive my food. The fries, which came with my mushburger, tasted like they had pepper on them, which was not ideal.

However, the atmosphere was not appealing and the place didn't seem very clean, with everything appearing old and run down. I took off stars specifically for the atmosphere.

My experience at this restaurant was a complete waste of time. The food was bad, and the service was extremely slow. Despite placing our orders before other tables, they received their food first. One person at our table had their order completely missed. It's baffling how it took over an hour to prepare breakfast for a table of eight, leading to a 2. 5-hour ordeal from start to finish, and we weren't even enjoying ourselves.

My first time at Bri's since it was Steve's, and I found the menu to be deceptive as not everything listed online was available. It's possible it was just a bad service day, as the young, underaged waitress struggled to get orders correct and was inappropriately dressed. The coffee was warm at best. Although my rating is lower than usual, I will patronize again, just in case it was an off day.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. The service was incredibly slow, and to make matters worse, I got terribly sick from their food, which was bland to begin with. I also learned from another review that they do not wear gloves while cooking food, which raises serious concerns about hygiene.

My go-to breakfast spot has unfortunately changed. Today's experience was a significant step down. It took over 20 minutes to prepare just two orders: pancakes and waffles with eggs and bacon. There was a noticeable lack of urgency in the kitchen. Under the previous owner, our food arrived hot within 5-7 minutes. This time, the eggs were cold, the waffles tasted like onions, and the pancakes had a meat-like flavor, suggesting they were cooked near sausages or bacon. I might give them another chance, as the place seems to have new ownership and the cooks may need more experience. However, they need to get the kitchen organized and speed up service. People visit restaurants for enjoyable food and atmosphere, not to wait endlessly and leave frustrated. Remember, good customer service + good food = returning customers.

I would advise eating elsewhere for breakfast. Our group of four was the only table, yet the experience was far from ideal. After a 40-minute wait, only one order, a western omelet, was served correctly. The next order, intended to be a meat lover's skillet with over-medium eggs, arrived as a meat lover's omelet, with the waitress stating the order was messed up and being redone. The third order, pancakes with scrambled eggs, was served with sunny-side-up eggs. The final order, a veggie skillet with poached eggs, was presented on a plate with only one egg, despite the menu stating three eggs. After over an hour since the first order, scrambled eggs, a bowl of poached eggs, and a plate with two over-hard eggs were finally served. It was not a good experience here.

My experience at Bri's was very positive. The restaurant is very clean and offers yummy breakfast. The atmosphere is different from Steve's, with a distinct bistro feel. I recommend giving it a try; you won't be disappointed! 😁

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I had to wait 10 minutes or more just to be acknowledged. To make matters worse, two parties who arrived after me were served before us. After finally ordering, two more tables were seated and received their food before mine. When our food finally arrived, it was cold, and we had to flag down the waitress for drink refills. I will definitely not be returning.
