Amazing Food and Great Vibes!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The bread and butter were the best I've ever had at a restaurant, and it's not even close. The vibes were great, and everything we ate was amazing. The mussels and the crispy potatoes were especially bang. I'm probably going back in two days to eat here again.

Amazing Birthday Dinner at Brimmer and Heeltap
My wife and I had an amazing birthday dinner at Brimmer and Heeltap! They made our night extra special with numerous personal touches and considerations throughout the evening. Their cocktails were exquisite and unique compositions of great scrumptiousness. We relished the food offerings, particularly the succulent Sumac Duck Breast and toothsome Crispy Potatoes. It's a perfect place for a date night or special occasion.

Mixed Feelings: Great Staff, Basic Food, Odd Fee
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the wine selection was great and the staff were excellent, the food itself was pretty basic with simple flavors. I missed little touches like warm bread with the burrata dip. A significant issue was a 5% fee that goes directly to the restaurant, which I find to be a dishonest tactic. I might return one day, but it won't be a place I frequent.

Charming Spot with Excellent Food
I really enjoyed my experience here, appreciating the friendliness and charm of the place. The ripped potatoes were most excellent, as were the heirloom tomatoes. I also appreciated the crunchy, buttery take on bread. The mains offered a nice breadth with small twists. It was a nice time with friends!

A Creative and Delicious Anniversary Dinner!
My experience at Brimmer & Heeltap for our anniversary was a creative, delicious dining experience. We had the most lovely evening. The waitstaff is warm and friendly, the mixed drinks are fun, and the food is delicious! I love that the menu changes by season, making it exciting to discover what's new. It's definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Seattle. The entire staff even signed a card for our anniversary, which I just love!

Exceptional Dinner with Flavorful Dishes
My experience at this restaurant was exceptional. We began with warm crisp bread that was baked and full of flavor. The mussels are a must-try! The hanger steak and mushroom dish were equally delicious. The seasonings and broths/sauces were perfect. To finish, the tiramisu and olive oil cake were just right. We were all incredibly pleased with our flavor-filled meals. The crew was beyond friendly.

Exceptional Dining Experience and Service
My recent dining experience was truly the best I've had in ages. The food was phenomenal, especially the carpaccio and the squash & burrata dip. Equally impressive was the exceptional service. When we inquired about trying different by-the-glass wines, the staff were encouraging rather than making it feel like a burden, leading us to a delightful bottle of Chenin Blanc. It was also my birthday, and the staff thoughtfully provided a candle and a signed card, making me feel incredibly special. I'm so thankful to have revisited this neighborhood gem after many years. Thank you to everyone who made our Saturday so memorable.

Atmosphere and Service Good, Pricing Deceptive
I loved the atmosphere and the food and service were good. However, I was unhappy with the restaurant's deceptive pricing tactics. They added a 5% surcharge in fine print to the bill, and then an additional 20% tip on top of the subtotal, including the surcharge. I believe menu prices should reflect the surcharge, and I prefer to tip my wait staff directly. These sneaky tactics left a bad taste.
