I stumbled in and didn’t know what birria was. The host was so friendly and welcomed me with an explanation. The food quality is superb! I enjoyed a warm, comforting, cheesy, meaty taco dipped in hot broth, with all the fixings. It was delish!

My experience at this restaurant was SO SO SO SO SO GOOD! All of their tacos are so delicious. I would highly recommend getting the queso birria combo so they just come with the consume – it's so worth it! Their non-birria tacos are also to die for; I really liked the asada and al pastor, which has such a nice crisp! The salsa bar is also so fire! The staff are also always so kind and helpful! I love this place! Highly recommend!

My experience at this restaurant was soooooo good! The food was incredibly flavorful without being too salty, and you could truly taste the love for food. A special shout-out to Maritza for being an awesome host!

Ayaayayaye! Woohoo! My experience at this restaurant was hands down a very comforting and well-executed meal. We enjoyed the luxe platter, which included a Quesadilla Bundle with mini quesadillas, two quesabirria tacos, rice, and beans, plus a soda. We also added a mini birria ramen, which was *chef’s kiss*. The birria itself was tender and delicious, with no gaminess, fragrant with warm spices, and just the right amount of fat in the broth. The street birria tacos had the perfect “wetness” that makes you slurp them up with every bite. Our favorite was the quesabirria; I believe they use Oaxaca cheese, making it incredibly stringy with the right amount of condiments! Following Maritza’s recommendation, we also tried the cucumber watermelon aguafresca and the marzipan flan… *drool overload*, it was sooooo good! This is now our new favorite birria place. And yes, we confirmed, they DO HAVE MULITAS!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The tacos were some of the best I've ever had in Seattle. My wife, who works nearby, even says she dreams about them. They were incredibly flavorful and delicious. Adding to the great food, the staff was exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this place!

My friend and I had an amazing experience at Bittieria Pepe El Toro. We split an Al pastor burrito and the quesa-Birria tacos, and both were absolutely delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly and even offered great recommendations on how to pair the meats with the salsa, which truly enhanced our meal. We also enjoyed the strawberry hibiscus drink, which was on the sweeter side but very good and complemented the food well. To finish, the cream cheese flan with a peanut topping was delicious! Thank you for a tasty dinner and an enjoyable evening!

My experience at Birriera was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere enveloped me like a warm hug. The service was genuinely outstanding, and the food was the true star of the show, especially the birria. The tender, slow-braised beef birria tacos were life-changing; the meat practically melted, soaked in a rich, deeply flavorful consomé that was spiced just right. Dipping the tacos into the consomé, with those crispy cheese edges, was an unforgettable experience. This is the best birria in the area, especially in Seattle! I'm already planning my next visit.
