My experience at this restaurant was a mix of excellent food and extremely rude service. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect 5/5. However, the service was a major letdown. The workers were incredibly rude, particularly the cook in the back. When I went to use the restroom while waiting for my order, the cook, who shouldn't be concerned with customer activity, claimed it was broken. I know this to be untrue, as it's a common excuse to deter people from using the facilities. As a regular customer, I've always been allowed to use it. This experience has made me a former customer.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience here compelled me to. Their grilled chicken is truly the best I've ever had, consistently every time. I don't buy grilled chicken anywhere else now. I highly recommend it to everyone.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I found the pizza to be amazing, and the price for a slice was unbeatable. My boyfriend and I always get a Hawaiian slice when we visit. Additionally, their biscuits were really good too!

Hands down, Aramex at 2020 Mission Street is the best Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From the moment you walk in, the incredible aroma hits you, and you know you’re in for a treat. The flavors are authentic, bold, and unforgettable. Their [insert your favorite dish here, e. G. , carne asada tacos] are perfection—juicy, seasoned to perfection, and served with the freshest ingredients. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the vibe of the place makes you want to stay and savor every bite. I’ve tried countless Mexican restaurants in the Bay Area, and nothing comes close to Aramex. If you’re in San Francisco, do yourself a favor and eat here.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! We ordered the Salvadorian rice and mac n cheese, and both were excellent. The food was well-prepared and affordable. My husband and I have found a true gem and will definitely be back for more.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by a significant issue with pricing and incredibly rude service. I was charged $3. 99 each for chicken thighs, despite the menu clearly stating "2 piece dark meat for $5. 99. " When I pointed this out, the staff member insisted I "didn't read the sign" and even gestured to the sign that supported my understanding of the price. They were dismissive, rolling their eyes dramatically, and argued that "two-piece dark meat" didn't mean two thighs, which are indeed dark meat. There was no indication on the menu that specific pieces were required for the advertised price. To top it off, as I was leaving, the same staff member gave a "big dramatic cartoonish wave" and mockingly called out "byeeeeeeeee" with a smile. This was absolutely stunning and the rudest service I've encountered in years. If there are special rules, the menu should be updated. As this is a Krispy Krunchy franchise, I will be contacting corporate about their franchisees' behavior.

My experience involved ordering a four-piece fried chicken, a mix of white and dark meat. Upon biting into a drumstick, I discovered strange orange streaks, which were definitely not hot sauce as I hadn't added anything. The chicken also had a faint chemical smell that I couldn't identify and did not seem food-like. This was very concerning, and as a result, I decided not to eat the other pieces.

My experience was with the 8-piece fried chicken order. I was supposed to receive two breasts, two legs, two wings, and two thighs. However, I only received all dark meat. I placed the order through Uber Eats. It seems like they just gave me whatever leftover chicken they had, as there's no direct accountability to the customer. It was a terrible place!

When ordering, the server would state the price of a portion, which was annoying because if I'm ordering something, it's because I intend to pay for it. Additionally, the tables were not cleaned properly and were always stained with soda or food.

My experience at this restaurant was that it's a pretty basic spot with reasonable prices for the area. Most of the dishes are still above $15, and the food isn't exactly healthy, but it'll keep you going.
