My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was excellent, earning a perfect score. However, the staff's attitude was very poor. If the staff are not suited for their jobs, they should find other professions quickly.

Attempted Amici’s for the first time and it will be the last time. The pizza was terrible, extremely cheesy with zero flavor. The ranch drizzle ended up being ranch puddles. I didn’t get a chance to take a pic of the wings since I was busy scraping off the pound of cilantro garnish all over it.

My experience at this restaurant was a mix of delicious food and disappointing service. We ordered a pizza, pasta, and chicken wings, and the food was fantastic overall. The dough was fresh, and the chicken wings were particularly delicious. However, the service was a letdown. The food took a while to arrive, and it was brought by another server. Our own server was nowhere to be seen for a significant part of the meal. He also failed to bring the chicken wings on time; we received them about 20 minutes after finishing our pizza and pasta, and only after we inquired about them. He explained it was a kitchen mix-up, which also affected another table he was serving. We also had to ask another server for the check.

While visiting town, I was craving some delicious pizza, and in my opinion, this place hit the spot! They offer both Chicago deep dish style and New York thin crust style pizzas, which was fantastic.

My experience at Amici's East Coast Pizzeria-Pier 39 was disappointing. Despite a table with a view being available, the server refused to seat us there and instead gave it to other customers who were already seated. After we were seated at the vacated table, the server, a male, proceeded to chat with other patrons and ignored us. I had to go to the bar to place our order for pizza and other items, as it was late on a Sunday and we were hungry. When the server saw me ordering at the bar, he approached and asked what happened. I told him to return to his conversations and let me order. After ordering the pizza, my family of three and I waited, but they seemed to forget about us. We received no utensils or even a glass of water. I had to approach an employee at the bar, who was helpful and brought us utensils, water, salad, pizza, and beer. I was charged for a large non-alcoholic Stella beer at $9. 70, and when I requested an alcoholic one, they changed it but served it in a cup, not a bottle. The salad was a small portion for around $14, and the 10''x14'' Smog pizza, with added pepperoni for $2. 70, was described as Detroit style, which is thicker and made with bread pieces. It was horrible; we barely ate a slice due to hunger, and the rest ended up in the trash. It was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Stay away from Amici's Pizzeria-Pier 39.

My wife and I experienced a long wait of about an hour at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the pizza was also disappointing, described as sucks. We will never be going back.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We waited over an hour, and during that time, nobody checked on us. We never saw our server and, most importantly, never received our food. We ended up walking out, and to our surprise, nobody even noticed.

My experience at this restaurant was decent. We ordered New York pizza, garlic bread, and lemon chicken wings, all of which were good. The servers were all really friendly. However, it felt like they needed an extra server or two, as it was difficult to get their attention for refills, ordering more food, or getting the check, which took some time to flag down.
