Cozy Neighborhood Gem with Great Food
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. It's the perfect neighborhood bar, not large but very cozy and comfortable. The food is really good, and the atmosphere and service were both rated a perfect 5.
We experienced moderate noise and had free parking with no wait time. The price per person was between $20-30 for our group of 3-4 people.

Coolest Packers Bar in SD!
I've been holding off on reviewing this place because I've been gatekeeping it. Sorry 😐, it's just the coolest Packers bar in SD. Stop by to catch the game and come back for the wings.

Local Institution with Great Draft List
My experience at this restaurant was that it's smaller than the Seagull in Encinitas, but I'm pretty sure this is the original. The draft list was impressive, and while it's on the pricey side, that's to be expected for the neighborhood. It was packed on a Thursday night for a reason; this is a local institution.

Amazing Trivia Night with Great Staff!
My experience at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, especially during trivia night! It was so much fun, and the staff were amazing. We experienced no wait time and found the price per person to be between $10–20.
We were seated in the bar area.

Great Beer, Food, and Family Vibe
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The ever-rotating beers on tap kept me wanting to come back. It's a cozy bar where people genuinely love to become "regulars" because the beer-tenders treat you like family.
The sausages, wings, and burgers are delicious, and the service is top notch. It's conveniently located near the airport, making it a great spot to visit. Parking can be a bit tricky when it's busy, so I'd recommend a ride-share to fully enjoy the selection of beers without worry.
If you're indecisive, trying a half pint of each is a great option. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Good Food, Bad Security Experience
My experience at this bar was a mix of positive and negative. The food and drinks were really good, earning a high rating. However, my visit was marred by an unpleasant encounter where I was interrogated by some random person claiming to be security.
This is particularly concerning given I've been a patron for close to 10 years.

Best trivia gone, big disappointment
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing because they cancelled the best thing about this place, by far. It used to be the Wednesday night trivia, which was hands down the best in town. This was a significant loss for the establishment and its patrons.

Unexpectedly Tasty Food Despite Parking Woes
We initially thought we were parking at a different restaurant, but ended up here by accident. Since parking was such a hassle, we decided to stay and eat. Ordering is done at the bar, and we weren't very hopeful about our food.
However, it turned out to be pretty tasty, even though the menu is quite limited. Be aware that almost all seating is bar height. Parking is very tight and limited.
We felt a bit cold and asked if the front door could be shut, but the bartender refused, stating she wanted people to know they were open. This prioritized potential new customers over existing ones' comfort, especially since it was pretty empty. The atmosphere wasn't the best, but as mentioned, if you find yourself here, the food was better than we expected.
