Great Establishment, Friendly Owners!
I'm laughing at the 1-star review below me; basil is never used here, and I've been here three times now. It's a lovely establishment with friendly owners. The only reason I gave atmosphere a 4-star rating is because they're busy, not to criticize their service.
They're a flourishing new restaurant and might need to hire more staff, but that's all. I can't wait for them to grow into their major growth spurt. It's such a great place to revisit every time.
Maybe they'll consider a basil tea based off the last review? Lol

Fantastic Christmas Lunch at KinD!
I was thankful that KinD was open on Christmas and I went for lunch with my parents and nephew. We wanted to try a lot of their food and our order included the tofu bites, katsu, spicy wontons, scallion noodles, and the red-cooked wagyu and bone-in short rib noodle soups. Everything was fantastic!
If I had to choose favorites: #1 would definitely be the red-cooked wagyu noodle soup which was unbelievable and #2 would be the spicy wontons that they make in-house. My nephew loved the scallion noodles. He also enjoyed the tofu bites and some fries, both of which were freshly fried and crispy.
He and I tried the peppermint Ovaltine boba which is delicious and perfect for the holiday season. Next time I want to try their wonton noodle soup since their wontons are fire. Thank you KinD and thanks to our server, Dream, who was an awesome host!

Tasty Noodles, Unique Touches, Friendly Owner
My experience at this restaurant was quite enjoyable, particularly with their tasty noodle soups. While the soup dishes could be a bit larger to satisfy a bigger appetite, the overall quality was good. The prices are comparable to Seattle, around $17 per bowl, which I found a bit pricey.
I really appreciated the extra touches like the tea set and gold utensils. The owner was incredibly friendly and focused on community, making for a fun experience.

Living legend Randy and delicious curry sauce!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, largely thanks to Randy, who is a living legend. He graciously let us try a fresh loaf of bread and provided some delicious curry sauce for dipping. I hope we can keep this wonderful place in West Seattle.

KIN-D's Phenomenal Broth and Noodles
My experience at KIN-D in West Seattle was absolutely outstanding. I'm still thinking about that broth! I had the Wagyu Beef Noodles, and 'rich' doesn't even begin to describe it; the flavor was incredibly deep and phenomenal.
The meat was plentiful and high quality, but the stars were the handcrafted noodles. They had that perfect, beautiful bounce you can only get when they're fresh. The fresh cabbage added a great crunch to balance the richness.
The atmosphere was quiet and easy to talk in, and the service was excellent. West Seattle is lucky to have this place!

Excellent Food, Friendly Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The service was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the hand-pulled noodles and the delicious foamy coffee.
While the portions were a bit small, they were manageable if you ordered an appetizer or two. I will definitely be coming back!

Delicious Surprise: Must-Try Noodles and Tofu!
I popped into this place for a quick lunch while I was out and about nearby, and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Red-Cooked Wagyu Noodle Soup and the Golden Tofu Bites, and they were so good, they totally blew me away. The noodles were amazing, and the tofu was super tender inside.
It was seriously delicious. This restaurant is definitely going to be one of my regulars now.

Delicious Noodles and Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the beef noodle soup with handmade noodles, and it was truly delicious. The broth was classic pho, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and I especially loved the addition of daikon.
Since they had just opened, we were also treated to a free treat, which was a lovely surprise. The service was excellent, rated a 5 out of 5, and the food also received a perfect 5. The atmosphere was rated a 4.

Comforting and Satisfying Fried Cutlet
My experience at the restaurant was incredibly comforting and satisfying. I had the fried cutlet with gravy and rice, which was a hearty, well-rounded dish perfect for a filling meal. The meat was wonderfully crispy on the outside and tender inside, and the rich gravy paired perfectly with the fluffy rice.
The addition of sweet corn provided a nice balance to the savory flavors. Overall, a delicious and fulfilling meal.
